The hotel and location is perfect... Close to restaurants, Beautiful beach is right there .... Love it!!

The place is a MOTEL, not a Hotel. The Lobby is very nice, but the rooms are iffy. The room smelled like a moldy basement, and when I reported it to the front desk they sent a housekeeper to spray the curtains, which only helped for about 10 minutes. The room itself was poorly cleaned and run down. There was mold all around the shower and on the bathroom floor. The kitchen was dirty and still had food crumbs and coffee grounds on the counter and in the cabinet. The room upstairs was so loud we had to call the front desk literally every morning. They would drag furniture around the floor, or perhaps race elephants from 6 am until 11 am. The motel staff offered to move us to a bigger room for our last night there (night 5 of 6) but it wasn’t worth us moving our stuff. This place was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Hotel is located in a good area right across to beach, we ordered lunch and breakfast from the kitchen and food was really good, but the Hotel as overall looks to old and the room are just ok, for just a few nights that’s ok

1st time st aw ying down here in cape may and couldnt have picked a better hotel to stay. Friendly staff amazing rooms and the indoor pool was definitely a plus. Very satisfied with my stay..

Was a really little time. But my daughter a d me enjoy ! We looking for go again more time! Thanks!

I wish I was told that a majority of the hotel was rented out for a large “singles” event. I was in town for a funeral and needed to be at the service by 8:30 am. I was unable to sleep at all due to the stomping and dancing going on upstairs until 1:00 am. After repeated phone calls to the front desk, nothing changed. This is true for the rest of my family who were occupying other rooms.

Nice location and great view. Balcony was great and my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.

Great location and good amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

The Grand is a nice place our room had upstairs bedroom with a second bathroom wich worked well for our family of 5 it was very nice and clean.

Great view. Great area. Great service. Clean indoor pool. Great location.

Convenient location with beach access right in front. It is a decent hotel/motel but they don't provide beach passes so if you go to the beach, you still have to pay per person. The rooms are adequate but two full size beds instead of queen beds was a real bummer. On top of that they were extremely uncomfortable. The small kitchen was a plus if you plan on staying more than one day and the indoor pool for those rainy days was a huge advantage. Plus the proximity to the main shopping/eating area of town was great. To be honest, for the price it was not a great value however, with the prices of the nearby hotels, I guess it is right on par. But if I'm going to pay that much per night for this at a cold beach in South Jersey, I'd rather pay a little more and go to Cancun at an all inclusive hotel with a warmer beach and all you can eat/all you can drink capabilities.

Spent a few days at the hotel for a beach vacation. Location is close to the beach. We enjoyed the outside pool and had lunch at the outside bar. Inside pool is good for rainy days but they need better ventilation for chlorine. We stayed in room with king bed and pullout couch. Room was clean with comfortable bed and updated bathroom. We would come back again for beach getaway.

Everything was good but bed was so soft back and legs were hurting could not get comfortable but was close to everything

Capemay days before the holiday is a wonderful experience..Grand helps by being consistent with it's beautiful hotel experience! Comfortability home away from home

Because of the condition and age of hotel the price should be half. The view of the rooftop air conditioners in ocean view rooms is embarrassing and horrendous. Was not happy at all.
