Older hotel in good condition. Very clean and upkeep good. Checked in late and although there was a keurig in the room there was no coffee. Sign said available in office for .25 Office not open at night or early morning so no coffee! Should give you at least one or two to start Also charge for ice
The property is pristine clean with a nice pool. The paint seems fresh and the fixtures in good repair. A great place to stay if you miss the beach experience circa 1970.
The only complaint was the noise from the unit above. I realize that's not something that the hotel can easily control and is mostly due to the construction of the property, but we needed to be up early. By putting us on the upper level, this would not have been an issue. Other than that the property was fine and the owners were great.
The room appeared superficially cleaned. Only a bed sheet on the bed for covering. The toilet was broken. Did not flush.
The owners keep Blue Water impeccably clean inside and out. Walkable to beach. Good eats all around. They have social distancing in place and everyone abided by it. Highly recommended. We will be coming back.

This 3 night stay was at the tail end of Labor Day into the next week. The area was quiet, good for us because the weather was great and a lot less people to share the beach, Boardwalk and restaurants. This motel is family owned and run. Very polite and helpful couple. Directly across the street from a nice strip of beach. Clean pool, clean rooms. The motel is old like many of them in Wildwood are, but you can see that they're mindful of keeping things clean. Small extra touches in the bathroom would be an improvement but otherwise Can't find anything to complain about here. Good for singles, couples or families.
Great location, great staff. 1 block to beach. Propane grills available was a nice surprise.
