This property is outstanding. Just like on the pictures, beautiful house design, super clean and very comfortable. It felt like home, every single detail in the house welcomed us and made us feel special. We had the most relaxed vacation; there is a nice park withing a walking distance with a playground, tennis courts, volleyball/basketball and a bike path. We also enjoyed the waterpark, beach, and of course the heated pool ( the kids were so excited that they were swimming as soon as they woke up lol). We appreciated the kitchen supplies and especially the beach supplies, such like chairs, umbrellas, kids’ toys, etc. The house exceeded our expectations!

Property was decorated beautifully. It was very comfortable to stay in except the mold in the shower. That was very concerning. Also, very disappointed in the grill. It was very dirty and completely rusted. Not to mention no gas for it! When you stay at a vacation, that’s what you always want to do.

Great house and location

Very nice home and pool in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved that the pool was heated and screened; we used it every day. We also appreciated the supplied beach/pool towels, folding chairs, floaties, sand toys, etc. Communication with host was very pleasant.

Great experience!

Lovely rental, very clean, lots of room, well stocked and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for bike rides, just a quick drive to restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We enjoyed our time at this rental and hope to return soon.

One of the best!

I often rent on the Cape and this is absolutely in my top two. I love a host that is easy to get in touch with but also gives you your space; this was exactly that. The house is perfectly clean, the outside area is so private and the neighborhood is beautiful. The only one suggestion I have is, since the entrance code is so long, consider making it the renters contact number. That’s literally the only thing I’d change! Such a great stay!

Home in quiet neighborhood. Worked well for us. Only minor complaint is the strict adherence to 4 pm check in. Showed up about 15 minutes early and could not get in until 4 pm on the dot. I would understand if cleaning crew still present, but nobody around. I would recommend setting your time entranced to give 15-30 minutes of latitude. Just my opinion as former vacation home landlord and frequent VRBO user.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly what we needed for 3 adult and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everybody. The kids loved the pool. Sophie provides plenty of beach towels. My husband works remotely and the Internet worked great. We had a great time driving to the various beaches, including Sanibel Island. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen which is nicely stocked. Great communication with Sophie. We would definitely stay here again!

Pretty Home-Great Host

Home was as pictured and very spacious. Would be great for a family. The bed in Master Bedroom was very comfortable. The massage lounger in bedroom was nice too! Great Room reclining furniture was comfortable too! The pool was nice and heated. Due to the weather we were not able to spend much time in it. The palm tree screening in back provided a good amount of privacy. They have cable and streaming tv in the Great Room and streaming tv’s in all bedrooms.Nice quiet neighborhood. Sands Park with nice outdoor PICKLEBALL courts located close to the house. I needed to contact Sophie on a couple of minor issues during our stay and she was very responsive! We enjoyed our stay💗

We had an awesome time staying at this beautiful, clean, modern home with all the bells and whistle’s. Everything was there from the heated swimming pool to the bicycles to the big screen tvs in every room!! It was as good as we hoped and exceeded all our expectations! If you’re looking for a house in the Ft. Myers are this is definitely the place to get if available.

Perfect vacation!

We had a beautiful family vacation for two weeks, traveling with kids aged 8 and 13. The house was just as listed in the pictures, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and felt really safe. We had a great time and would love to visit again!
