Nice location. Second room a little small.

The staff members that I interacted was a positive and friendly communication. I don’t like that I could stay longer :)

Even though the property is dated, it all works and is very nicely maintained.

Location is great being at the far West End with great views of the cape water, nearby the beautiful salt marshes, and a lively swimming pool. Also, the summer shuttle conveniently stops there, but if you have car, easy parking here.

Everything was great about this property. The location and views weee amazing. Would have been the perfect stay, however, the description about the pool and beach are misleading. Both are open to the public. The pool is loaded with hundreds of locals every day. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and you my 6 year old daughter was unable to swim because the shallow end was shoulder to shoulder people and you couldn't even get down the stairs. We spoke with another couple who were equally disappointed and said luckily they brought swimmies for their daughter and she was able to get in the deep end. The pool is free to the public while we pay for an "amenity" that really cannot be used. Not to mention the house disco music that blares all day. You cannot even relax on the "private" beach that the pool party uses as well. The website should state this resort offers access and is adjacent to a community pool and pool bar. People really should know what they are paying for. Definitely wrong for the resort not to make this known. I can only imagine what a weekend would look like.

Not enough outlets in the room. Need electric car charging stations. Room wasn’t ready until 4. We arrived at 1. Should try harder on a weekday to get rooms ready.

Awesome location. Great views. Very cool old part of the hotel with wonderful murals depicting old Provincetown. Authentic nautical details. I hope they don't try to update too much and ruin the quirky charm of this place. My favorite old places seem to disappear or get renovated beyond recognition.

Loved the location near beaches. Comfortable bed and room. Bathroom very small though. Loved the hotel facility and restaurant and bar available. Great price for location and I’d stay here again.

Great place, room and view...twice however I had to call to get housekeeping to come after 2pm

Beautiful location!

Great place

I thought that the hotel was great. Lots of character and charm but very disappointed with the bathroom. So tiny. There’s not much they can do about it which is unfortunate.

The view is second to none! Always stay here when we visit ptown!

Some resort lions due to Covid (no housekeeping) but overall a good place

We paid for a pool view room, bottom level. We can walk out the back to the pool, however, the view is a 15x20 foot rectangle structure with a black tarp over it and a fence with torn blue tarp covering it. Also, per COVID, pools were aloud to be open while we were there, however, the motel decided to keep it closed until July. We were never informed of this so that was very disappointing. We called the front desk and were told there was a discount built in for that. I don't really buy that, but even if it was true, we should have been informed of it so we could choose to stay elsewhere. The images of the hotel online are nice, but the actual look of the front is overgrown, looks like a super cheap motel. Room was clean, a/c worked well. The first time we used the shower it took 15 mins to warm up, not sure why, it was fine after that. It was nice to be able to walk out the door right to the beach. Very quiet there. People can smoke on the beach and I'm not a smoker so that's too bad. Great location, can walk to commercial street, I was very happy about that.

Great pool, grill & bar...friendly housekeeping staff but understaffed..housekeeping late every day
