My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. All you can ask for. Clean, friendly, lots of amenities and great location. I would recommend it to a friend. It is not cheap but worth it.

The staff was very pleasant and room was cleam, quite good sized, and comfortable. We were surprised, though, to learn that the room was not served daily and might have expected a notice beforehand about this..

I took my grandchildren here and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a Townhouse and the kids liked the idea of having the upstairs. I chose The Cove because of the beautiful indoor pool. The Cove is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and family activities. The rooms are decorated nicely and very clean. The kids already want me to take them again! They had a wonderful time and so did I.

Cape Cod is a beautiful area that is clogged with people and cars during the summer, but not during the late winter, when we visited. The trade-off is that many of the restaurants and shops have not yet opened for the season. This property is a beautiful, well-equipped and well-managed timeshare that rents rooms in the off-season or when timeshare owners do not claim them. At the low price we paid, we were considered as time-share exchanges rather than room renters, which means we did not receive daily room servicing. It was worth it. Our room, 222, overlooked a beautiful salt marsh and woods and had a balcony where we breakfasted nearly every morning. The room is a two-story suite with large living room on the bottom floor and a rather small but adequate bedroom on the second. Each floor had its own bathroom and flat-screen TV. The living room featured a queen-sized sofa bed, two other chairs, an eating table and chairs, a refrigerator and microwave, sink and cabinets loaded with dishes, glasses and cutlery. There was an indoor pool with hot tub, a sauna and steam room as well as a workout room. For summer, there is an outdoor pool. There are also activities as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, just about any sporting activity. Yarmouth is near Hyannis, famous as the summer playground of Kennedys. It is in midcape, about at the elbow of Cape Cod's arm.

We had a great time. There is alot to keep you busy or just to relax. The only negative thing I can say is the food in the restaurant was not that good.

Freindly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, hottub, and gym. The big attraction for us is the free use of indoor tennis courts. This facility is close to great restaurants and beautiful waterways. We'll definitely be back again.

Great for families!!! We stayed in a one-bedroom townhouse. Kids had a pull-out couch in the living room, and parents had "the loft" upstairs. It afforded us a bit of extra space and a bit of privacy. There was a bath upstairs with a shower, and one on the main floor, with a tub. There are two TV's in the unit, a small frige, microwave, etc. Room was very clean. The indoor pool is awesome (outdoor pool was closed for the winter). There is indoor and outdoor tennis, racquetbal, game room, and daily activities for the kids. My oldest son (age 8) cried when we had to leave, that is how great the place is.

spacious townhouse, spotless, lots of room, very good restaurant, very lg indoor pool, staff very helpful and friendly The only complaint is that the poolside lounging chairs are not comfortable for reading

The hotel was more than we expected for our 3-day mini vacation with out Grandson. The room was large, comfortable, and oh so quiet. The pool was clean and big enough for all the kids. The location was very convient to all the attractions we were interested in visiting. I would recommend this hotel.

Great 1 bedroom suite with pull-out bed in the livingroom for our child. Clean, spacious, frig and microwave. Cook ahead and bring things to heat up in a pinch. Private view off the rear, if you have a unit in the back. Ask for lower level or balcony. We would not have enjoyed a room near the indoor pool, but some people may. Game room with pool table, ice hockey and a few games. We loved it in April! Off-season rates and a lot to do in the area.

My wife and I went to The Cove to get away for the weekend and we could not be happier with the resort. The place was great we stayed in one of the townhouses and everything was clean and perfict very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were the best I have ever been in.
