Our stay might have been wonderful if my one year old granddaughter hadn't found a little blue pill under the bed just before going to sleep. Imagine if we hadn't noticed? We were pretty disappointed to find used tissues and candy wrappers under the bed. Pretty gross. No chance we were sleeping there. We checked out at 11 pm. The overnight hotel staff didn't seem very concerned about this.

We got down graded when we arrived from a king size bed to a queen. Then the bathroom was uncomfortable and not in best conditions. The room smelled like humidity. The back porch was is very bad condition and there was cheap plastic chairs that were super dirty.. I wouldn't go back only if they updated the quality of the rooms.

My wife and I stayed here after attending a concert at the Cap Cod Melody Tent across the street. Despite them having a golf course and spa, the hotel is rather plain compared to hotels of the same cost per night. They must base their rate on location. Their in-room electronics seemed about 10+ years old and the room doors (entrance and terrace) could use some maintenance or updating. They don't offer free breakfast, but you can buy some at the in-hotel restaurant, or a few minutes away at one of the restaurant's on Main St. They hold conventions, wedding parties, etc., so their restaurant may be privately reserved. Overall, the hotel was OK.

Hotel room was roomy and beautiful. The beds/bedding were comfortable. The indoor pool was a bit small though. And dark. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for me. I was visiting a local family. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

The staff didn't speak English. It was not a good experience at all.

Great location - and nice amenties (pool, golf, restaurant) but lobby and rooms all need freshening. Looks very run down.

the hotel staffs are very friendly but the rooms are dated

Stayed Labor Day weekend with my boyfriend. Clean hotel. Nice pool. Close to restaurants. Overall decent stay.

The place was nothing compared to what the pictures show. Room was musty and mold growing dehumidifier running when we arrived. Bathroom wallpaper peeling of the wall and three feet between tub toilet an counter top. Outside grounds were overgrown and rundown. Hot tub tiles missing in the hot tud. Not worth the money for the dump.

Our tv stopped working and they used all of their spares so they could not switch our tv out and the manager would only take 20$ off of the bill when we checked out which I thought wasn't enough compensation considering we spent a good amount of money on the room and a tv is a big deal. I thought it was very rude of them to only agree to taking 20$ off considering we spent 15$ on a movie thinking because the previews were the only thing that wasn't skipping on the tv that it would be fine and it wasn't. So we watched tv that skipped all night on my birthday. Maintenance worker was so nice and tried to help us and was very apologetic.

Excellent Location! Great staff! Great hotel with all amenities.

Overall I rated the hotel a 3 based off of average hotels I've stayed at. Negatives were: the white bed cover had yellow stains all over it, water was leaking thru my bathroom ceiling vent all over the bathroom counter, the hot tub was all slimy with lots of missing and broken tiles, and the restaurant looked like a bomb hit it when we went to breakfast. There was literally only one clean table in the entire restaurant. The positives: outdoor pool, if you golf it's literally on a golf course, the staff was very nice and they left enough towels.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times going back to when it was a Four Points Sheraton. Have always loved it. The only negatives I would mention are cracked tiles in the bathroom floor and one hallway down a half flight of stairs that smelled really bad. It is a huge property, the majority of which is very nice. Will stay there again next time I need a Hyannis hotel.

Awesome location and deal. Great amenities. Can't beat the location walk to Main Street

Great hotel in a great location within walking distance to Main Street.

The staff at the front desk could not be any friendlier and very welcoming. Room was clean, location was perfect for our needs. Have stayed there several time and will again in the future.

Its a very comfortable and well located resort. The hotel is very clean, the outdoor and indoor pools are a nice amenity. The golf course is also very beautiful. There is a spa, outdoor cafe and a bar which is open in the evenings. I'll certainly return.

rooms smell musty and hallways varied in smell from wing to wing. no working wifi in room. staff was lovely.

Definitely not the most up-to-date hotel, but in a great location. Could certainly use an update.
