Outdoor pool was already closed 10-13, but they did have an indoor heated pool. Front desk worker was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was told there would be a charge for the safe, but we were NOT charged when we checked out. The only disappointment was that I specifically requested a first floor room if there were no elevators (HP). Was not told until check in and I asked that I would need a different room class at an additional $10.00. This may have affected my decision to book there as hotels on the ocean weren't that much more.

This motor loge is starting to show its age! We had people above us that ran around their room and were loud. We complained 3 times and it ceased for awhile. I awoke at 2am and it started again. The breakfast was so -so and coffee horrible! I know that I would not stay here again!

Looking for a quick and fairly inexpensive trip to the Cape and booked this hotel. Found it to be pretty affordable and clean. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good as waffles were offered. Didn't use the pool facilities but it looked clean and spacious enough. Cute mini golf course. Would stay here again.

I love this place. My favorite place to stay for the money. They did some renovations this past winter which definitely helps. They now have breakfast including waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc.

Great location. Clean. Nice pools. They even throw in a breakfast spread

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good location right on Rt. 28. Not a fancy place, and it hasn't been updated in a while. But if you need a place to sleep that has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), the Mariner is hard to beat for the price. I would stay there again.

For a short weekend get-away, this was a very nice hotel experience. It fit the requirement for low cost and comfort and clean. Good location for the area we wanted to explore. We would go back.

The only bad thing as I couldn't get wifi on my iPad. But I also didn't call the desk for help either. Room was clean, pools and hot tub were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

We visited the Martha's Vineyard, Province town. The location of the hotel was nice. They had a modest break fast option (muffins). It had a internal pool (very clean).

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and well kept. Centrally located, Indoor pool, sauna were great. Staff was helpful.

I wish I would have paid more and gone anywhere else!! That part of town is really ugly!!!! The room smelled really bad and lots of dust at the edges and lamp above your head. Swimming pool indoor and jacuzzi Made me uneasy in how clean the water was!! Very outdated!!!! The only saving grace was the staff at front desk. They were Nice.

Friendly staff, nice size rooms, great location! We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel before and love the location. Room was very clean, had refrigerator, and a safe for valuables. Bed could have been more comfy, but we could not complain about the price. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Coffee/Tea are compimentary 24/7 and muffins are provided during breakfast hours. Staff were very nice and accomodating when we had questions about the area. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Family of four spent one (short) night before boarding the fast ferry to Nantucket. This was a clean, no-frills, old-fashioned motel with interior passageways and it was fine.

Stayed for one night. Front desk personnel were nice and polite. Room was nothing special, but adequate. Bathroom was small, but recently updated and, most importantly, clean. The beds were standard, uncomfortable beds you'd find in a motel of this price range. Noise was an issue for me. I'm a light sleeper and could hear people running up and down the hall all night, neighboring rooms showering and watching TV, etc. Bring some ear plugs. Also, I didn't see an elevator for the second floor. You'll be lugging your bags up the stairs. All in all and OK place to stay, just temper your expectations.

Great location, amenities and staff. Room was clean but in need of updates. Matress fine, bathroom very small. Overall a very good value for the price.

The GPS guided me to the 573 Mail Street in Hyannis,MA even I type West Yarmouth,MA 02673. I don't know why? Finally I found the hotel after asking several Gas Stations. May be the trouble comes from GPS, not the hotel. Anyway I experience this story.Somebody told me there are two 573 Main Streets. One in hyannis and the other is in West Yarmouth.

Hotel was very clean, has 2 pools indoor and outdoor, jacuzzi that fits 7, and (separate) saunas for men and women. Staff is friendly, and extremely helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Bathroom was so small that it was difficult to dry off. No exhaust fan so it was like being in a sauna. Pillows hard as rocks. Basically, this motel is in dire need of a facelift. The closest restaurant, Molly's Pub, was horrible. The bright spot was the motel employees who were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. After travelling up and down the Cape during my trip, West Yarmouth would not be my first choice (or 2nd or 3rd) to stay again, regardless of motel.
