Great location and nicely remodeled, with a wonderful restaurant on property.

The location. Was great for shopping etc.
We booked our stay here for our honeymoon. We are huge Cape Cod fans - the room was ok . One night during the stay there was a rain and wind storm . The water poured into our room from our a.c flooding the floor and wetting our clothing. Some parts of the ceiling came down in hallway as well. Every night when sleeping the drains in the hot tub and bathtub made loud gurgling sounds that woke us from our sleep. Sounded like they were about to have a serious main sewer line back up into the guests room drains. Happy we weren't the there to experience that. Toilet backed up a few times and it was very hard to get a person on the phone from the front desk . Overall - it was an ok experience - But we wont be booking here again in the future.
Pleasant stay. Could have been a little cleaner. There a an empty water bottle on the floor of our room. Also, there were handprints on the headboard (I think most of you can guess why). We all enjoyed our stay though..

The room was not clean at all .. there are holes in the floor in corners of rooms. The mirrors around the jacuzzi tubs were nasty . Hand prints and much more of what ever it was. My sneakers kept sticking to the rug! The couches were so badly stained and soiled we didn’t want to even sit down. The place smells like an old age home. (Stagnant) our room door was not able to lock unless you held the door knob and lifted up! Like someone tried breaking him prior. We didn’t even want to sit on bed. We called to speak with manager and there was no manager and no one available to deal with room issues. Lots of people hanging around in hallways. This hotel should be reported to the board of health. The pool outside had dirt all on bottom. We left didn’t even stay and now I am fighting for my $ back !! Beware the pictures are probably 20 yrs old
The WiFi did not work And I asked three times to fix a leak in the bathroom The room was clean but I did not like the tv service they used I will never go back there
Well, false advertising for one. This was our honeymoon and we were so excited to get away and have us time with no kids. Their rooms are NOTHING as described. They claimed to have these beautiful french doors, lavish marble huge shower , the list goes on. When we pointed it out to management after we saw our room, she did upgrade us to a better room after arguing, as she told us there were no rooms left to put us in..so my husband called as a random customerand she answeredsaying she had a ton of rooms open..So we called her out face to face on that. So she upgraded us to another, supposed better roonUpon entering, Holes in the walls covered up my material..the bathroom mirror near jacuzzi, had a HUGE crack in it, and pieces missing. All they did was tape some tape on it. Blood on our bathroom towel, empty nip on the floor of bathroom, half used hotel lotion on the sink, sugar all over glass cup we went to use that was on fridge. I stepped on a staple that was sitting out on the living room. Stuff all over the floor from previous guests I assume. At night time, we went to leave and walk Main St, as the location was great! There were couples screaming at each outside when we walked out. Went on all night. As management was eager to help,we were extremely disappointed! She said the only other thing she could do was refund us and we'd have to find another place to stay. Which is impossible on Cape last minute. So we stayed. . Such false advertising all around. Beware!
This property is is serious needs of upgrades. Very disappointed.
