My family of nine stayed in three separate rooms for one night. Two rooms were in a more modern part of the hotel, but one was a suite and in a much older part. My husband and sons stayed in that room, and while it had a jacuzzi tub, there was no standing shower. I can't recall any elevators either, but there are only two floors and stair use wasn't a problem. The hotel is extremely in need of some updates, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel for one night, it's fine. And by "fine" I mean "you're exhausted from driving all day and want a bed to sleep in". If you're staying in the area for several days you might want to look elsewhere. If you're looking for something glamorous, this is not the place. Location to shops or a place to eat is good. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but we did have breakfast, which they advertise as being included, but you are only allotted two per room. So a couple can eat for no additional charge, but if there's four of you, you need to pay for the other two (it wasn't much, maybe $8). The breakfast staff was very friendly and the food was hot. An alternative is a Dunkin' Donuts which is across the street.

This was a good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

All dirty staying on the tub staying in the ceiling the mirrors all frost I was there for three nights and then any these days my key didn't work at the door and I have to go to the front desk to have them open the door for me. Horrible Horrible Horrible

It's was good but could have been great if the room was more updated

The room was clean, but it needed to be updated. Moldings were missing, ceiling tiles were stained. No plug for the hot tub, and no sign saying that the switch for the tub was by the light switch!! The staff was very nice, but when I was checking out there were 2 employees arguing LOUDLY... very unprofessional.

Not horrible but def kinda cheesy. We brought cleaner to ensure the hot tub was sanitary. Got a upgrade as hotel was near empty due to a snowstorm. Room was freezing when we got in it. Their was only a sheet and a light comforter so we had to blast the heat. In the summer this place must be a rip off.

The room was awful dirty ! stains on the carpet ,hair in the bed!!! Grosss!!!

Broken ice machines poor quality on the food and menu

Average hotel Could do more The price was amazing

Pass on this one. Thought it was another hotel when I booked.

With this price it is so good to stay cape cod just right there

Room not clean when we arrived and there was no staff available to clean it. Water in lobby men's room not working. They got a laundry person to clean the room so when we came back hours later, it was done, but we could not clean up before dinner. They offered us another room but we did not want it.

We arrived to find that they were having a problem with their boiler. They said it didn't involve our room so we went to our room and had no hot water. They offered us a discount or an upgraded room so we took the upgraded room because we wanted hot water. Again, no hot water in the second room. We got yet another upgrade and the third room was beautiful AND had hot water. We had a wonderful sleep and there a numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Glad we got an Orbitz deal! Is very dated. Seemed clean. Floors in our room unlevel. Didn't have to worry about noisy neighbors as the air conditioning was very loud. Was fine for a place to sleep, but wouldn't want to vacation there.

I have never written a bad review for anything before. I am just not the type to complain unless it is absolutely terrible. This place was a waste of money and we will never go back. We vacationed in the cape for 3 days this July. This was our first time staying at the International Inn and we will never go back. The towels, hand towels, and wash cloths we received during our stay were completely filthy and had brown or orangish brown stains on every single one of them. It is a basic hotel expectation, especially when spending over one hundred dollars a night on a hotel that you will receive CLEAN towels, sadly this was not the case with this hotel. In addition to the towels being filthy, on the night we got there we walked into the bathroom and the floor was covered in dirt and filth, resulting in us cleaning the floor with baby wipes to clean up the mess. In addition to the filthy towels and floor, the room service didn't show up even though we had our "Please clean" sign on the outer doorknob when we left at 8:00 a.m. When we got back to the hotel at 5:00 and saw our room hadn't been cleaned yet, we called the front desk and they told us that room service only comes in the morning- and that was that. Talk about terrible customer service. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Ripped towels, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, damp carpet, broken faucet, and cracked bathtub made this stay less than enjoyable. We booked this room purely for the location but were floored by how poorly maintained the hotel was.

The hotel itself is old and in need of an update. The beds are decent but far from soft. There's no central air so the hallways were hot thus making the rooms hot as well. Each room has its own ac but on very hot days struggles to keep the room cool. The pool was green and had trash in it.

When we checked in they tried to give us a lower grade room, but with my itinerary printed from home they couldn't dispute what we paid for. The Princess jr. Suite was older, but clean. Everything in room worked and bed was comfortable. But, where were the rose petals and wine that I thought came with room? The pool had no water in it! The continental breakfast was terrible! Bread, cereal and oranges, that was it! Oh, coffee too. The location however, was great, we were able to walk to most everything! So all in all, our mini vacation was good!

Could have been cleaner. Wall paper was interesting. We met some locals and had some good laughs, because of Soak and Poke.
