Selected this hotel because it was close to the Ferry... but nothing really else would draw us back to this area.

This is our 2nd time staying here in 3 years. Traveling from Florida to the Cape, we want to see the view of the harbor, a good one from many places from this hotel. It is well priced, very old but very clean and when you just sleep in your room for the most part, it works.

The staff was very unhelpful and grumpy. We needed extra towels and they didn't want to give us all that we needed. The door to our room was very difficult to open. The bathroom was small.

This is a basic hotel located right across the street from the harbor...a 5 minute walk got you to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and a bunch of public and private cruises, fishing excursions etc. Also surrounded by a number of restaurants. Also a couple of blocks from Main St, with shopping, restaurants and bars galore...all within walking distance. We pulled in on Thursday afternoon, and didn't have to move the car until our departure on Saturday. Compared to the other nearby hotel/motels, and what they were charging, this one was a steal! Would definitely go back there again.

Stayed during Memorial Day weekend but spent all day at Martha's Vineyard. Nice place to crash after a long day at the vineyard. Location is great with walking distance to ferry, restaurants and sight seeing locations. The only thing though is they should fill up the vending machines more often. Water was sold out.

This motel is located across from the Hyline ferries and the scenic harbor, near good restaurants, and a close walk up to Main St. The free shuttle even comes by on Ocean St. The staff is very nice and responsive to questions. The room is not where you want to spend any time. There is no closet, just a rack near the sliding glass door through which you enter the room. We carefully closed the curtain so that people walking by couldn't see what we had in our room. The door was very difficult to open, and to lock and unlock. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was easy to use without discomfort. We did not have a car, therefore the location was the only advantage of staying here.

This hotel was right in the heart of downtown Hyannis with a view of the harbor. If you are looking for an affordable hotel in walking distance to everything this is your place! A big perk is that you don't have to pay for parking (the hotel next door charges you $15 per day). The hotel rooms are basic. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to provide a refrigerator and hair dryer in each room.

Nothing fancy, but room was clean and spacious. Television had many cable channels, and free wifi was available. Being in Hyannis, the hotel was centrally located so that all parts of the cape were easily within reach. We were right on the harbor for convenient access to Island ferries, sunset cruises, and fishing trips. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable for prime time on Cape Cod.

My husband and I stayed here for one night so we could attend a friend's wedding on the cape. The rates for hotels, inns and motels are very high in Hyannis during the summer, so I was looking for a place that would meet my #1 criteria: Cleanliness! without breaking the bank. I am used to staying at places with at least 3 stars so I was nervous about staying at a 2 star motel. The room we stayed in was very clean and the staff were friendly, taking time as each person checked in to make sure they could make the most of their stay with all the information they needed. The bed was not very comfortable but overall I was happy with the stay.

Motel was fine, but great location (and parking rate) for those taking the ferry to the islands.

Great location if you want to catch the ferries to Nantucket or MV. Quiet. They could improve their Wifi though.

Hotel was just as portrayed in listing. Location was excellent! Short walk to boats to the islands. Would definitely stay again.

The room looked and felt like it hasn't been updates since the 1950's.

The real problem here is parking, if you leave your parking spot near your room, anyone can park there, and you don't have a parking spot. Parking should be disignated to the room your rent, and no one else should be able to park there. Also I didn't care for all the people who smokes near the room I was staying in, It was hard to sit on the balcony.

Motel was older, but well kept. The room was spacious and had windows that open, and a sliding screen door to allow fresh sea breeze to pass thru the room. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Location was perfect, off the busy main street, right across from the pier. I would stay here again if planning to visit area.

This was purchased as a gift to our daughter and her husband for their first wedding anniversary. Per their input, it was a getaway experience to remember! They had a wonderful time at this location, being a good reasonable and comfortable motel just within walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants. Also, it was across from the ferry dock and the beach. Hearing their review, my wife and I are considering to stay there in the near future. We kept this info in our to do list to remember to make reservations for us:) Keep up the good work. Thank you.
