This hotel has been updated and is in a great location. There is a bonfire and great seating outside . The rooms are clean and staff is friendly .

The place was newly renovated. The room was neat & clean w/ comfortable bed i just hope they'd put exhaust in the bathrooms.

Beautiful view. Room large & spacious. Down side windows didn't open to allow fresh air.

Overall experience wasn't bad. Other than the rooms which are in dire need of updates. Restaurant/Bar was sporadically open Location great Staff pretty friendly

Bathroom was dirty and ceiling was cracked. Front desk was unattended with a long line at checkout time. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up.

I booked through Orbitz and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel looked a lot like the photos, and was directly across from the Hyannis Harbor and very close to some key attractions to the historic downtown Hyannis area. After entering my room, however, I was displeased. I had paid more for a "Room with a View" option at booking. The only view I had was of the parking lot. I spoke with a young lady at the front desk who informed me that "Room with a View" meant "Room with a Window". I explained that this could not be true because all rooms had a window, and the booking options listed several that didn't include a view. She told me there was nothing she could do, and proceeded to trash talk booking through services like Orbitz. I immediately left and called Orbitz, but wasn't offered any kind of resolution (not sure if it was because it was 11pm by this point, but either way, I expected some sort of resolution). Despite this rude Front Desk associate, my stay was otherwise pleasant. I would recommend the cleaning service leave the AC on in rooms prior to guests arrival. It was a hot sauna when we arrived. But it was otherwise clean and acceptable room. The bed slept very well. I would also encourage instead pool hours beyond 9pm. The restaurant was decent, they made a decent Pina Colada and steak, though it's not a restaurant I would write home about. They had a very nice firepit for the cool New England nights.

Took over an hour to check in because my reservation had not been forwarded to the hotel. Also the room was supposed to have a view. My view was of the parking lot. Not what we had expected.

We really enjoyed our stay. It has a nice pool area and restaurant.

Nice hotel for summer but it can get chilly to stay in spring and fall. All the walkways that connect rooms to other parts of the hotel are out in the open so if it's raining or snowing or just cold, it's not comfortable to venture around. Same when you go to and from the indoor pool. Just something to keep in mind. No gym. Clean and close to restaurants Great location across from Marina.

This hotel is in the ideal location. We got to enjoy Cape Cod and because its on the harbor, we took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Great experience, very convenient.

Nice location on the harbor. Bathroom was dirty and tiles were black.

Try to get a room facing the harbor. Would not want to get stuck in the back. Great check in. Loved it

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly hotel personnel who offered to help with directions, suggestions for restaurants and what to see. Room was nice and clean with small full kitchen. It was a great location next to harbor. Reasonable priced with continental breakfast provided. Room was big enough for four so overall great stay and would recommend.

This is the forth time I have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location to all bars and resteraunts, affordable, close to the highspeed ferry and all of the staff is extremely nice! Especially the ladies at the front desk. I would reccommend this place for a bachlorette party, girls weekend and family weekend away. Parking is on the average end at $15 a night.

The location is perfect . Nice walk to Main St. There are many restaurants around . The Marina is across from the hotel. The hotel was clean the room was nice and comfortable . There is a pool and the ferry to go whale watching is very close. They have a nice huge bonfire .. Definitely would stay again .

Most convenient spot to stay if you plan on taking the ferry into Martha's Vineyard or Natucket Island. Just walk across the street and catch the ferry and you never get caught up in the traffic.

Outside of hotel and lobby updated. Our room had some updates but can see were slapped up.

me and my friends decided to go to cape cod and looked around for some last minute hotel reservation. good thing we found this place. The price was actually good for the stay but could be better. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived way early, but they allowed us to check-in to our room. location is great! I guess the only bummer part of this is the indoor pool. Time of operation is not posted. You actually have t ask them to open the gates for you. Overall it was a great experience!

we were offered first or 2nd floor and asked for 1st. Room 131 was 10 to 12 steps to get up to it.Outside access was a walk. The floor in the room was uneven and anyone with a walking impairment would not have been able to use the room safely. On arrival we were informed that there was a 15 dollar a day parking charge. When stated that we were not made aware it was removed from our tab for the first night because we had arrived at 7pm but told we needed to pay the other days The location was good and staff accommodating.. I do not feel the room is worth what they charge. When checking out we were told there was no charge for parking because we had booked thru your site

Best hotel to stay in on the cape. It's the Hot Spot!!! All the best action is walking distance, best restaurants, bars, candy/Icecream and boutique shops!!! You can catch the ferry to Martha's Vinnyard or Nantucket right across the street. Whale watching and boat tours too! I am a nurse and I loved that Cape Cod Hospital was walking distance too just in case we had an accident! I would not stay any where else!!! The room was very clean, affortable, convienent and comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor pool, with patio and huge people size chess game outdoors. The rooms come with a private balcony or patio. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The beds are very comfortable, soft, relaxing and clean!!! Don't think twice just book it!!!
