Overall experience was acceptable and satisfying. Had couple of issues but were promptly addressed :)

hotel was comfortable and hotel staff was very helpful. room was very clean and relaxing

No tv channels. No internet. No early check in. Drunk mexicans and half house in the midst of hotel on your front step. If you want to leave early no money back and no sorry you came here to experience ghetto lifestyle like Cape has never seen. Major road construction right next. When party ends construction starts. All pipes are rusted so good luck drinking water taking shower. Or shaving. Found hair folicle on pillowcase hope it was not pubic. Did not venture to pool I just knew that would result in some major debacle. I left after 22 hours having booked for 2 days. I have lived on 2 continents and have graduate degree. Never have i felt so beneath myself like here. And i came on bussiness. Take my advice do not stay here.

We rank this hotel as the worst ever. The rooms and grounds are dirty, abused and rundown. Litter outside and garbage bags left for days. Beds unfit to lay on. Stench in rooms masked with perfume spray. We felt congested and sick after one night with AC/heat on. Dangerous activity going on with constant taxi and car traffic going to same rooms. Men hanging around. Noise all night. Parking lot empties in the morning. Where are the police??!!

Hair in shower. Coffee pot still full from prior guests. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dirty and disgusting. Please go somewhere else. Heater would not turn off. Carpets were dirty and stained. They needed you be vacuumed and cleaned. Staff could not give us an exact time when breakfast would be served. Computer in lobby did not work. The Cape is a wonderful place to visit but we would never stay here again.

This hotel needs a total makeover. Don't stay unless you need a cheap place to sleep and that's it. Well, and you can grab coffee and a muffin for breakfast. It wasn't cheap but considering the hotels around it and the location then it is less expensive than the rest. I hate to give it such a low review because the staff was really trying but you can't change the rooms and the pools. We ended up leaving the indoor jacuzzi because I wasn't sure when the water was last checked and it looked unsanitary.

the hotel was what I expected. no problem.. next time I need to spend a night at the cape for business I'll stay at the same place close to my job office and very convenient...

Pretty good especially for the price. The staff was informative and nice. The toilet didn't work very good and there was a lack of hot water but overall ok.

The place was run down and a little musty. We tried to save money but went too cheap.

The hotel was old but the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk recommended where to eat and we were very happy with their recommendations. The pool area was neglected. The views from the back windows were pleasant.

Way too much money for this place. The smell of mold in the room was so bad and you could see it on the pictures hanging on the walls. I had to program the tv myself to watch it, no air conditioning at all. Both of the beds had something all over them, dirt, lint, I don't know, I had to brush them off to sit down and they were hard, it was like sleeping on a table. The pool was really scary and not clean, after 2 showers I could still smell the nasty. When I tried to check out I stood there for 1/2 hr but nobody ever showed up so I just left.

Hotel staff is very friendly! Very good breakfast.

had to keep asking for 4 towells, there was 4 of us.pictures are deseving...needs up grades real bad

Just needed a place to stay and this hotel was terrible ! Toothpaste and coffee stained walls, forgot my wake up call, breakfast started at 8 or whenever they felt like it, and we found a hypodermic needle on the floor! Staff was awful and rude. Really I couldn't have asked for worse. I won't be staying here again and advise you to avoid this place too.

The hotel had basic amenities and friendly staff. It was chosen for it's affordable price in a pricey area during peak tourist time. Good location.

We decided to go to the cape last minute . and we didn't want to pay a lot . We didn't plan on spending much time in out hotel . The Howard Johnson was perfect the staff was wry friendly and helpful .They made sure to give us a room with a view and put us next to the play ground for my son. We both had a great time . I would stay there again .

Decent price, average Cape Cod hotel. Right if you are looking for a cheap place to stay.

The room was not clean. I found trash from a guest that was there before us. The was a chunk of something that could only be described as "poo" on the bathroom door and behind the door was not clean. There was no shampoo and the cups for the coffee make were dirty in side the plastic wrapper. When I talked to the staff they were nice enough but the dsge had been done. Very disappointing room

This a perfect place to stay for an early trip to the ferry. The room was clean and especially well lighted.
