One of the better Holiday Inn's I've stayed at. Room was clean, linens were comfortable, tv didnt work that great but otherwise room was a good value.

Terrific stay on our first trip to Cape Cod. Very nice facility in Falmouth. Very pleasant & helpful staff

Run of the mill Holiday Inn. Ordinary but clean rooms, somewhat neglected pool area, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast, uninspiring location. Rather expensive. For this price range, find a bed-and-breakfast. For this kind of amenities, find a motel and save some money.

Hotel and room were very clean, people were very friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast was delicious. Definitley a place we wouild return to!

Arrived late and the booking site didn't tell them we had requested a baby crib. But no problem really, they had one there with in 5 minutes of being in the room. We had a very nice breakfast in the hotel restaurant and they allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the lot while we went to Martha's Vineyard on the ferry. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay here overnight every time we visit relatives in the area, Restaurant and bar are great. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable with more pillows than you can need.

No problems, rooms were very clean and neat.

We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes and for that it was quite adequate. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight anniversary getaway. We stayed in the King room w/jacuzzi, which we got at a very good rate due to it being off-season. The room was perfect! It was very clean, comfortable, and looked exactly as pictured on the website. There were extra towels, pillows and coffee, something we usually have to ask/beg and wait for at other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have an opportunity to eat in the restaurant because we were only there for one night and already had plans to eat elsewhere, but it looked very clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was the first time I had stayed in the hotel though I have visited Falmouth many times before. We checked in after midnight after a very long car trip and the man who checked us in couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. All the front desk staff were great. The room was pretty clean and comfortable, but a bit musty smelling. I was surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Room service was fast, even though the hotel was pretty busy with a wedding party staying there. The restaurant's food was average but the wait staff and bartenders were all great fun.

Visited with family No comparison to a beach vacation in the Caribbean It always rains on Cape Cod

Great location for a nights rest on a business trip. Very helpful staff and quiet rooms.

Room was fine, but we were at the end of a hallway, near another hallway and the door to that hall banged whenever someone came in or out. Heater was noisy too.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, even though we asked for it to be clean again it still stunk. Why why why! Both rooms we tried smelt of pee- it was the fault of the hotel, something kept oozing up. Bathroom was also very small. The room was very overpriced! Would not go back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Falmouth, MA. The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant was excellent steakhouse! Location was perfect, not to close but not to far from all the sights and sounds of Cape Cod and Woods Hole.

Room(s) easy to get to, great location, very clean and good size. Enjoyed using the pool - Only drawback was the lighting for reading (could have used brighter lights). Staff was extremely friendly and met every request!

I found all the staff who worked here, including in the restaurant, to be very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. And the location is perfect for the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Be aware, though, to leave time for the shuttle from the Ferry parking to the harbour when you make your plans. The hotel also has an indoor AND outdoor pool.
