This is our third time staying at Chatham Guest Rooms and we stay in the same room every time. It is centrally located to the Cape which is a starting point for any day trip to any town. Chatham is one of the best towns on the Cape. Their downtown is the best! The room is very generous for us and all of our luggage and gifts that we end up purchasing over the weeks stay. Clean bath and all the amenities you need. There are chairs to relax in and a table to use as well as a window seat for extra space. The TV is convenient and the coffee maker and mini fridge are as well. We feel very comfortable when we come to visit. It's our home away from home on the Cape.
Hardings Beach is within 2 miles (3 km) of Chatham Guest Rooms while other popular attractions such as Ridgevale Beach are within 3 miles (5 km). The 3 rooms at this 3.5-star guesthouse include sitting areas, coffee makers, and flat-screen TVs.

Thank you for staying here! We are sorry that you did not like the bathroom location! Our other two accommodations (the Main Suite and the East Room) both have the bathroom on the same level as the sleeping area, so those might be better for you. Only the Garden Suite is split with a staircase between the bedroom and bathroom. We hope you will give one of our other options a try if you return to the Cape in the future!
