Ok place to stay. Too many other places available that would of been nicer. Like 3 long dormitory halls connected together.

Could not get access to Wi Fi. Had to pay extra data from my cell company. Very frustrating.

Hotel was ok for the price. The indoor pool was old and there was mold on the walls. There were parts of wall paper peeling from the mold. The housekeeping was the best part of the hotel they kept the rooms clean. The rooms were dated but as I said clean. The worst part was the breakfast room we waited literally ten minutes to be served other tables had gotten drinks and food and the waitresses didn't even come over to our table. Not sure how the food was because we left.

Horrible, mold, dust, paper in eggs Will never stay here again

WE WERE THERE FOR A WEDDING NEARBY. It is in a good location, not far from Dennis beach and Hyannis. The staff is ok, however the cleaning staff is excellent & friendly! The room is average-could use an update. It's disappointing that they charge for breakfast, although it was good plus ther is a coffee cart, however, often empty. The huge pool & hot tub were very nice & clean. Koi pond in lobby is a nice touch.

Nice clean hotel at a reasonable cost. I will definitely go again.

Lousy hotel stuff. They didn't clean the room even if we requested multiple times in the morning before 12 noon.

I had a great time and my daughter and I were welcomed.

Indoor pool nice, warm! Small pub, perfect for a glass of wine without having to go out. Matress, pillows great. Will come back!

Off season at the cape is a perfect get away week end. Pool, hot tub, on site restaurant just right for that late breakfast

The hotel had a good location and was clean. It is dated but was kept clean so I did not mind. The pool was nice too.

Everything was as it should be. The staff was friendly & professional. The breakfast room was good with excellent service.

Didn't expect much since it was so inexpensive. What a nice surprise! We'll be back.

I traveled to Cape Cod for the first time September 5 – September 9. This was a long Labor Day weekend, stayed at Cape Point for 4 nights. We stayed in a double bed room on the second floor – and my 8 year old son had his own bed. The room was nice, clean, and it had all the necessary utilities one will need in vacations where you are out most of the time to explore the area, beaches, and other historical sites. Cape Point looks very nice once you enter into the parking lot. It has two swimming pools, out and indoors, which we used extensively every day after our touring of the Island. My son really enjoyed the indoor pool, I liked the outdoors most. There is a Jacuzzi too, but will be honest, it needed maintenance and cleaning – I did not use it for that reason. There is also a working out area on the second floor. And other amenities that we really didn't use much as we’re out most of the time exploring cape. There was a breakfast room which we didn’t use either, but looked really nice and it had reasonable prices. There was a coffee machine and free coffee all the time, and hot water which I did use for my tea. The staff was very helpful with directions, towels, and they also printed our plane ticket when we asked. We’re lucky our room was ready when we arrived Saturday morning, and I believe the owner, let us check in 11am (normal time is 3pm)! That was nice of them – we used that time to go around the area and explore. Location is really good. It is very central located between Hyannis only minutes away, and West Dennis on the other side. Very easy access to “Along the route 28” a must drive in my opinion, and all other attractions. There is inflated Park for kids, 3 minute walk from the hotel, which my son really enjoyed one night after 6pm. Overall the hotel is nice, good amenities, kind and helpful staff, great location, and very reasonable prices. I recommend it and would stay there again.

The Cafe breakfast was fabulous! Nice to have a cafe on site and service was excellent. However, the hotel itself was disappointing and in need of a good cleaning and update... bath tub stained, room rug was old and need cleaning... dirty windows and sliding doors tracks were moldy...hot tub tiles were also moldy and not inviting. Towels were thin and rough. Would look elsewhere for next Cape visit.

The hotel is in a good location, but is a little outdated. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant at the hotel has a great breakfast.

Staff was rude and unhelpful....room was alright. The pool area was over packed and rules weren't enforced.

This was our first time staying at the Cape Point in Yarmouth. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Morning coffee was provided in the lobby. Between the pool, café and lounge there was no need to go elsewhere on a rainy day. No problems or issues except for some noisy people walking in the hallways at night but that is not controlled by the staff. We will be back with friends to take advantage of the amenities of the Cape Point again....

Just OK. Bathroom too small. Sliding door dirty track filthy and door lock broken. Had to reach down and town a filthy bar on floor. Hotel needs makeover

The hotel is centrally located to all attractions. The staff is friendly and courteous. The restaurant serves a nutritious breakfast. The pools are refreshing on a hot day.Its close to the bike paths.
