Very pleasent and accomadating check in. Room dated, bathroom could use some work but clean. I love the location and its on the beach. The pool closed at 9 which was disappointing.
Great beach and pool! Huge room with 2 king beds was a nice surprise. We had a nice balcony with view of the beach. Best wifi of any hotel we stayed at on our trip. Bathroom was outdated, but clean. Friendly host. Only negative would be if it's high season and everyone was on balconies or had sliding doors open because they are kind of connected. That would be a positive if you were traveling with others.

Amazing spot within walking distance to commercial st in province town. Hotel isn’t the newest by any means but the beachfront can’t be beat especially for the price. Rooms were comfortable, beds were nice and clean.

Please remember, you are in Cape Cod and not going to find a Ritz or even a Marriott…. With that being said, this place was AMAZING!! The rooms are typical Cape Cod style.. Decor is 1970’s and outdated BUT clean and well maintained.. I had a room that was 2 queens and oceanfront and the beds were actually KINGS and had plenty of room…. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink for the bathroom which came in handy for my partner to shower as I finished brushing my teeth, doing my hair, etc…. Room included a mini fridge and a small sitting area but the VIEW and BALCONY is what I paid for!! Last year I stayed on the “Dune Side” which was beautiful but I fell in love with Beachfront.. Will I stay here again, I did!! The staff was friendly and always seemed to be cleaning or doing maintenance around.. Maria in housekeeping was VERY pleasant and helpful when it came time for me to pack up the shells I collected.. Remember, no maid services bc of COVID but new towels were provided DAILY.. Like I said earlier, as long as you remember this isn’t a Ritz Hotel or even a Marriott, you WON’T be disappointed.. Clean and Charming!!! Will continue to stay

The location was great
We had two rooms. One room was outdated and the rug was filthy...it made our feet black with just a few steps. The other room was rennovated and clean. We were just there for a night so we really didnt care much. Over all the hotel was in a great location. The grounds of the hotel were nice. The pool and the beach were beautiful. Staff was friendly. If you are on a budget like us it was well worth it just to step outside and be a few feet from the beach.
