No instructions for jetted tub use figured it out myself then jets, tub, mirrors were not cleaned and had to clean it myself before use was unsatisfied with that and very outdated rooms

Great place to stay with family. Free breakfast, great price and great location

For a weekend it wasn't bad Facilities are dated, management seems to spend minimal $s on upgrades. Half of the door card readers did not work and after being reported as not working, no effort made to fix them Basic cleaning in the rooms was done but cleaning windows, removing dead flies or cigarette butts from patio area was not. They spent money putting room safes in which they charge for. They might be better off painting & wall papering.

The clerk on the front desk was friendly, very courteous and helpful with local area direction and suggestions.

The condo was great...plenty of room for everyone. Really disappointed in the supposedly heated indoor pool it was freezing and the "hot" tub was anything but.....

Clean. Outdoor pool was great. Comfortable. Close to downtown Falmouth, very short drive or a nice longish walk. We just needed a place to crash after a long day/night and were very happy with what we had. Room also had a good size fridge, small microwave. What more do you need!?

The Admiralty Inn was adequate. It was convenient to where I needed to go. However, it was a bit worn at the edges, so to speak the bathroom vanity especially was out-dated. I could not figure out how to use the free wi-fi, and the front desk was no help. Also, when I was a bit late getting back to check out, they had already removed all my belongings from the room, which I thought was rather rude.

nothing special. a decent night's rest. i would not recommend for an extended stay, but for a night or two, just to sleep it was reasonable.

After the last boat was cancelled we scrambled to find a hotel. Admiralty inn was cost efficient, clean, close to the pier and everything we were looking for! Staff was very accommodating to the large mob of stranded people. Totally worth skipping the Holiday Inn and heading straight to the Admiralty!

Last minute reservation after boats to the island were cancelled. Cheap, clean and close to town-- much friendlier than the Holiday Inn across the way.

This hotel was picked because of it's proximity to the ferry. I would not recommend staying here. Not very clean and other clientele were very loud.

Hotel was not fancy, but a good value and close to all POI.

Although I was skeptical to stay, I had a positive experience. The room was a lot cleaner than I expected after reading some other reviews. Although the buildings were a little run down and the furniture was old, the room was clean.

Room was clean. Chairs at pool area were broken. Hot tub not working. Hotel needs a major renovation.

I think that the price was higher than similar hotels i've stayed at, but because of it's location, it cost more. It was near to the golf course we played at (Cape Cod Country Club, which was a wonderful place to play), also near some great restaurants and local shops that we went to, and it was easy to find. It wasn't the most impressive room I've ever stayed at for that price, but it was clean, had plenty of room, and it had all we needed (hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, table to eat on, sink with mirror just outside the bathroom, another sink next to the fridge and microwave). The air conditioner kept the room at a good temperature. Anyway, I would definitely go there again.

The bathroom floor looks dirty and has mildew on the

My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The microwave had broken plate piece. There were three huge moths flying around my outside door that made my first visit to my room unpleasant. I killed a spider that was crawling on the desk. The room felt old and musty. I didn't like my stay and it was not worth the price I paid.

Fine for a night, but better to book ahead and find more bang for your buck

Had reserved non-smoking but got really awful smoking room-staff said "can do nothing.". A/C unit had broken temp control-choose hot or cold. Other issues arose and staff was not helpful. Location is good and amenities are okay. Price is not bad for the area but this place needs renovating and better customer service.

Good location, decent amenities for the price but needs better keeping. We were supposed to get non- smoking but got an awful smelling smoking room. The A/C's temp control knob was completely broken;you chose between freezing and sweltering. No blanket on the bed only the foul smelling bedspread. After midnight there was partying outside our room in the parking lot and we woke to find that someone had been sick next to our car. As for other things re the room; things cracked or worn out looking. Wanting ice we consulted the directory which said that the machine was in the lobby (we were in a separate "400" wing). So I took the walk up the hill in the rain to the lobby, bucket in hand. There I was ignored while the clerk had an extended phone conversation (I was waiving the bucket around assuming she could point to where the machine was located). When she got off the phone she asked "Can I help you?" DUH! She then informs me that on the other side of my building there was an ice machine. Since I was already in the lobby I asked to fill my bucket there. I was told that there was no machine there. When I pointed out that the room directory had said to come to the lobby for ice, I was given no apology for my inconvenience. One last item on this rant- I paid $400 for the 2 nights to a Third party but on checking signed a bill saying that cost was $300-nice fee apparently!
