Wonderful people and property. Even with restrictions for the pandemic a great experience.

I enjoyed everything about it. Was my first all inclusive. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Most property itself was very nice. But some of the amenities were very outdated or just in poor condition. Their service was sub par on most fronts and the food was average at best. The resort constantly runs out of stock, even on what appeared to be a very slow week (most rooms were empty).

Property was beautiful but unfortunately, the staff was horrible - very slow and unfriendly. For the price you pay for the resort, the service should be much better and the staff much friendlier. When wanting or needing something from a waiter/waitress, you sometimes needed to ask 4 times to finally get what you asked for. Property also seams poorly built and I can’t see it standing for much longer. Everything is beautiful there but often you find things leaking or not working properly. Rooms have a very musty smell and showers smelt damp (almost like when you leave towels in the wash).

Food was inedible. Check in staff was awful. Other staff were fantastic!

Hotel is beautiful with amazing views. The staff is friendly. The rooms are amazing with soaking tub and double rain shower heads. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back sometime in the future

Great Environment, More/Exciting Entertainment would make things more EXCITING!

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and bars. The nightly entertainment was great.

Overall stay was amazing. My only complaint was the "resort credit." They make it almost impossible to use it so don't fall for it

Great week in the beautiful resort! Several pools, great food options, gym was equipped, great size, fun water sports, etc.

The resort is located 2 hrs from the local airport, so the drive was very.. uuhh interesting.. for a lack of a better word. Coming from the states made driving on the opposite side of the road a very unique experience. Once we arrived to the resort, the staff greeted us with exceptional service from cold towels to a glass of rum punch. The desk staff started showing us some of the issues this location has, for example: the staff at the front desk moved as if they were unfamiliar with the process of the hotel, so the check-in was slow and kind of quirky. Once we were checked in and into our room, we everything started to feel welcoming and really nice. The resort's beach was smaller than we expected with all of the buildings sitting on the property, but the pools were really nice with infinity pools. The kids pool area was close to the adult pools, so there were always children wondering around which meant we had to be mindful of the things we said or did. The wait time in the dining areas was totally ridiculous! For example, we would go to dinner and be seated, the waiter/waitress would come and take drink orders that we would never see, food orders that would take an hour to get if at all, and the waiter/waitress would be oblivious to what was happening. One restaurant, one in our party of 8 never received his food at all, so we all shared while the waitress looked on in amazement. Would a return to the island, YES, but maybe not to this resort.
