Terrible property, dirty, uncomfortable beds, very hard pillows and not accessible even though we called ahead of time to request an accessible room. They did not even have a shower chair. We were given a dining chair for the shower! Terrible customer service too.

Dear Paul,thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.However, we find your judgment a bit unfair as no one has ever confirmed to you that we have disabled rooms with chairs in the shower.My colleague even sent you an e-mail after your arrival apologising for this misunderstanding and informing you of the correspondence with the hotel.We then made ourselves available in case you needed anything else so we don't understand why you would call our customer service terrible.We do our best and are very dedicated to ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay, knowing that we are a simple, family-owned hotel.We also consider criticism very important, but when it is constructive.In this case we feel that there has been a bit of harassment towards us and we find this a bit unfair.We suggest that, next time, you agree on all your needs before arriving at the hotel as we are sure that the reception will give you all the assistance you need or tell you clearly whether or not they can accommodate you.We are very sorry for this inconvenience and that you did not have a good stay.We send you our best regards,
