Facility is missing TLC all over the place!

Would not recommend this place. It was not safe especially if you are a woman by yourself. Ended up cancelling and not checking in. The door looked like it had been kicked in and did not close all the way, the room was very dirty, and strung out people in the lobby.

When I got the property the guy at the front desk said my card declined even though I was already charged by Orbitz. His solution was charge me again or call Orbitz to figure it out myself. After sitting for an hour calling customer service multiple times getting transferred and hung up on my card that the gentleman at the counter said declined all of a sudden worked. The room smelled horrible. Stains on the walls and paint chipping everywhere. Spider webs all along the walls. It was extremely loud when trying to sleep.

Pretty run down property. Staff working with what they have I guess. The wall heating / cooling unit had no dial mark and pretty gross.

Hotel is near high way and is very easy to access to major areas. Less than 20 min. to DTW airport. The room is clean and provide breakfast.

The room smelled like marijuana, bad. The toilet was clogged on the first use. They did send somebody up but they did not clean the toilet after fixing it, so it was filthy. Furniture in room was broken, bathroom door had some form of liquid stains on it, and the bed sheets had stains. Awful.

The property was dirty, the rooms are poorly maintained, bathroom/tub facet leaking, vents are rusted, air condition noisy and old, overall it needs a lot of update , way overdue ..

Smells like cigarettes Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm

Did not clean the room for 5 days then charged me $40 to clean because we had a few bags of garbage gathered up. We put in bags and cleaned the best we could. Carpet was wet and mold in bathroom. Worst stay I’ve ever had!
