Nous avions choisi cet appartement principalement pour son jardin, car nous voyagions avec un chien. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un espace extérieur totalement inutilisable : sale, malodorant, non entretenu, avec des équipements en mauvais état. Nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter du tout, ce qui a gâché notre séjour et est très regrettable au vu du prix payé. Nous avons tenté de communiquer avec le propriétaire pour trouver une solution à l’amiable par une indemnisation, mais il a totalement refusé et n’a pas répondu à nos messages.
