This 35 m² 2-room apartment is located in the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. You will discover a beautiful decoration.

Every arrival is self-managed, the keybox is in the building hall of your flat.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€

Gute Lage

Die Lage der Wohneinheit super. Zentrumsnah, strandnah. Unsere Anreise jedoch Horror. Zuerst übermittelte man uns den Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht. Nach Nachfrage kam der Code, aber es war kein Schlüssel drin. Dann musste eine Person einen Ersatzschlüssel bringen. Hatte aber keine Zeit und ging sofort wieder. Stellten fest die Türe zum Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer war verschlossen. Nach 10 Stunden Anfahrt, nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Rauminnentemperatur 35 Grad. Konnte uns nicht frisch machen oder duschen. Immokroom glaubte uns nicht, dass die Türe verschlossen ist. Wir mussten mehrfach telefonieren. Das Zimmer war verschmutzt, verstaubt, einfach sehr dreckig. Kühlschrank, Küche, Backofen, verfettet, staubig, Matratzenschoner mit gelben Flecken. Wir mussten die Putzfrauen anfordern die auch kamen und einigermaßen reinigten. Diese Damen sahen dann auch, dass die Türe wirklich verschlossen war. erst dann wurde uns geglaubt und die Unfreundlichkeit uns gegenüber war etwas weniger. Es wurde angekündigt dass ein Schlosser die Türe aufbrechen muss. Um 21.oo Uhr kam er dann, Eingangstür und Zimmertürschloss wurden aufgebohrt und Schloss ersetzt. Dann war es fast 22 Uhr. Unser Abend dahin. Konnten nichts Essen gehen oder uns frisch machen. Haben den Vermieter um einen Ausgleich gebeten, weil dieser Urlaubstag für uns verloren war. Heute kam eine Absage er hätte alles gleich erledigt. Kein Entgegenkommen. Wer das liest kann sich ja selber seine Gedanken dazu
