PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator.

From the entrance, you access the living area, featuring a lounge space with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bar-style dining table, and a smart TV. The room opens onto a west-facing terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the end of the day.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and kitchen utensils.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), TV (standard channels via antenna), and storage.

A shower room with sink and WC completes the apartment.

Please note: the apartment is not equipped with a dishwasher or a freezer (the refrigerator has a small freezer compartment).

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
