It met my needs.

You get what you pay for. Overall, it was ok, like it was pretty inexpensive for the night. But I would suggest a total renovation, like ASAP. People would be more willingly to pay more if the property is upgraded. Especially the room decor.

It is conveniently located.

Staff was VERY friendly, but property was dirty and not well maintained. Stains on the bedding.

This hotel needs a serious renovation. It’s grubby and outdated, with greasy carpeting, outdated and dirty furniture and paper thin towels. There was no breakfast offered, even though it was advertised. It’s in a yucky outskirt of Youngstown and I paid $80 for the night. Should be half that.

If you love smoking smell and lave dirty and filthy.. and worthless staff, this is THE place to stay

The staff at check in was nice, at least, but that was the last good thing that happened during our stay. Upon entering, the room smelled nauseatingly like cat pee. After a few minutes we figured out it was the heater in the room that was wafting the cat pee smell into the room. Thankfully it was warm enough in the room without the heater turned on so the smell mostly dissipated after several minutes. The comforter was stained and not very appealing but the sheets looked pretty much clean. The coffee pot had not been rinsed out which made me a bit worried about what else had been skipped over instead of thoroughly cleaned. I found weed in the cracks of the cushion in front of the mirror and crumbs on the floor underneath the tables indicating further that cleaning had not been done thoroughly. The travel sizes shampoo and lotion bottles were very clearly refilled instead of new as they had old product stuck on and in the lids from previous use. When we had arrived we asked for a late check out and were told we could stay until 11:30 but the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 11 saying that we needed to leave now. When we told the staff that we were granted a late check out, the housekeeper said, “No. I’ll be checking with them tonight” with a terrible attitude, insinuating that we were lying about our extra thirty minutes and ushered us out of the room. I had been really excited about this stay but I will not be returning.

Hotel was dirty. I prepaid for a non-smoking room, but was told one wasn’t available. I was warned by the receptionist the room reeked of smoke, she wasn’t wrong. The room was very dirty. Stains all over, loud a/c, of course the smoke.

Was supposed to have 2 queen beds, gave us a room with 1 queen and said they would put a roll out bed in the room. We got to the room and no roll out bed, asked them for a roll out bed like they said and they wanted to charge us an extra $15. Poor service. One person had to sleep in the chair.

The room hD BED BUGS.I HAD TO LEAVE..I informed the front desk. They MADE NO EFFORT to help or reimburse me. I stayed with a friend who is from the area and he told mr the placd was known for bed bugs

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was a below the window unit that worked fine, but didn't seem to be able to get the dampness out of the room. I was only staying one night, so I didn't bring any shampoo. They supplied shampoo, but no conditioner, unlike most hotels I've been to which supply both. The lobby was marginal and not air conditioned, and the guest check in/office was separated by glass doors. Behind the desk was opened up so that you could see the laundry being done as well as a messy area serving as storage for sheets, etc. The breakfast was marginal, and their idea of "pastries" was slices of white and raison bread. For the price, the hotel was ok and served well for one night. I'm not sure I'd spend more than one night there.

For the cost, this property was as expected. Much of the equipment in the gym didn't work, including the TV. The room was clean but access hallways were not. I appreciated the breakfast offerings but the coffee was some of the worst I've ever tasted. Fortunately, Bob Evans is close.

I wanted a hotel near a downtown event. This seemed to the closest available. There did not seem to be any fancier choices. I found a taxi service to take me to and from downtown at a reasonable price.

This is not a new facility with trendy colors. Still everything worked, and the breakfast was better than some other places.
