      Very nice people and cute place. Nice and clean. Amenities were adequate. Nice little coffee maker! Up a wicked steep hill but pretty good accessibility. Wifi was spotty, at best. Modem reception was fine but internet faded in and out. Pool was small but actually perfect for lounging and cooling off. Very friendly folks.

      As this area is used for day outings for cruise ships, there are a few restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The beach is great for swimming. Not much snorkelling. Locals are very willing to help with getting rides and renting cars, which you need if you want to explore Tortola. No bus or taxi service close by.

        No tv and internet problems randomly ..the villas are in a nice location though . Can't use a debit charge card to pay as the manager does not have a credit machine that works .
