my complains about this hotel are: the pillows, the pool and the elevator. Paradisus Cancun needs better pillows, every member in my family woke up with a sore neck and shoulders, the pillows were too soft, nothing to it. The pool is another issue, i am a short person, and except for the kids section, the entire pool was over 5 feet which meant i couldn't just stand and relax. need bigger elevators and with AC

This hotel is very good, the staffs are very friendly and the food are very good. Although, i had problem with checking In, the room was not ready. Also, no space in the pool or in the beach to sit on especially when you go there at around 10am.

Get dinner reservations first am. They only do one day in advance. Buffet was good wait staff nice. Get shaded pool area before 10:30 or bake! They offer cabanas for $100/day. Should be MRE free umbrellas since cabanas were always open.

We find the hotel a good choice to stay in Cancun. Good location, nice facilities, good food and nice amenities.

My wife and me needed a getaway so we went online and found your resort. We were both impressed with all you get for the dollar. We want to go back to Cancun and we will rebook at this same resort.

This being my 4th stay here says it is an amazing place! Beach is beautiful, food is great, the staff is wonderful!! I will be back!

This was our first experience at an all-inclusive resort and we selected the family concierge package. The kids (8 and 5 years old) loved the pool and the Kids Zone which made keeping them entertained very easy. They do a great job separating the kids and adult sections but if you don't want to be around kids at all, this isn't your place. It's not a perfect experience. It can be hard to find a shaded chair next to the pool and every time you pick up a towel, they try to sell you an experience. That said, i can't imagine a much better resort for families at this price.

Overall I'd say not worth the money. I've stayed at much nicer resorts for less money with a better staff. Staff was a bit rude while they're was a few really nice employees sprinkled in every now and then. Food was also just regular, nothing special. I'd give this place a 4/10.

Had a 5 day trip with friends. The AC in room was not working and it smelled musty. Our patio door did not open. We tried all the restaurants and left after the appetizer twice. Very poor experience. We booked at the ME and we're moved here. Instead of getting a refund decided to give it a chance. Disappointed and will not come back.

Noisy--we decided to stay in the room in the afternoon while the baby needed a nap. Music is soooo loud. When you want to relax or sleep during the day, it feels as if your neighbor is having an outdoor party with the music that you don't like and turned it up to max!! it was even LOUDER at night!!! Baby's bed time is around 7:30pm, and there was a night concert (daily) right in front of our room singing Beyoncé for one hour! It is not bad until my baby woke up every 10 minutes crying and I had to put her back to sleep repetitivly. These are from the balcony, from the door, you hear the fountains just as you were next to it. Once the concert was over, guests above us moved their furnitures and made noise all night. Next morning, I was at frost desk complaining about all the noise, he didn't want to help, told me everywhere is like this within this hotel. Finally I asked "is there ANYTHING that is better?" Then we got moved to the room below. OLD----Wifi needs to be reconnected every few seconds. Wind moved windows making noise, we had to use paper to fill in the gaps to stop the noise. No water for shower or wash in the morning we checked out. AC system is broken, fan can only be "high" and blows directly to bed (or head). RUDE----I went to the buffet at 5:45pm and saw all the food was ready so stacked a plate full of food, a staff walked over, took away my plate then said "we open at 6, room service (if I am hungry, I have to order room service) ", no other words and left!

We had a great time hotel lobby when you first walk in its like... jungle book trees green everywhere fantastic first impressions xxx, staff were great food ,pools beach all a great trip will be back .. regards .

Hotel needs updating, Nat's were seen frequently in the bathroom. Beds were not very comfortable.

My experience...... Paradisus cancun is a very old hotel. The staff are very frendly helpful and adorable customer service is excellent. The hotel have a few restaurants for dinner nothing especial the buffet is better. I saw two roaches on my third night during my stay. One in the ground floor, One in "Fuego"the Latin restaurant, of course l got up and left, dinner was ruined that night l went out of the hotel for dinner that night. The food was okay not many variety in the buffet. The buffet didnt have a nice variety of fruits which it sucks for me since l love fruits. I wouldnt not go back to Paradisus, l have been to many hotels in cancun, much better for less. I hope this review can help others avoid disappointments.

Very nice stay. This is third all inclusive hotel I have stayed at in Cancun and would stay again. Majority of staff was very accommodating and overall customer service was excellent. The buffet was very good. We appreciated that they switched up the food from day to day so there was a variety if you ate at buffet for several meals. Ate at two other restaurants in the hotel which were mediocre. If I had a complaint at all it would be that the activities staff played loud club music at the pool which was annoying if I was at pool or in my room trying to relax. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was spa like and relaxing and club music at pool all day was out of place and not welcomed by too many. Only person in activities staff who was outgoing and approached us was guy who played volleyball with us at beach. Definitely lacking compared to other resorts I have stayed at. Great job giving families and kids own section of pool away from bar with plenty to keep kids busy. Overall smaller, very clean, modern resort, not overcrowded, excellent staff, clean beach, beautiful pool, and good food.

Hotel is massive. Great all inclusive restaurants. Pool and beach areas were well kept.

The hotel staff was very pleasant when we arrived. They showed us to our room and told us about all of our accommodations with royal services. It was more than we could have imagined. The nicest hotel we have stayed at.

Everything about this hotel was on point! The staff was incredible and everything was so nice and relaxing. If you can do it I highly recommend splurging for The Royal Service Tower. Everything was amazing I highly recommend

We had an ocean view room. Beautiful view!! There were many different types of restaurants to choose from (Asian, Mexican, America, Italian, etc). The staffs were friendly and always willing to help everywhere we went in the hotel. They also gave us ideas of things to do in Cancun. There were shows in the evening that we were able to enjoy. The only thing I did not like was that the pools closed at 7pm. I wish it was opened longer since I love to swim. Otherwise, this hotel is great and I highly recommend it.

great family vacation

This was our first experience at an all-inclusive resort and we selected the family concierge package. It can be hard to find a shaded chair next to the pool and every time you pick up a towel, they try to sell you an experience. rude, noisy and old

Noisy--we decided to stay in the room in the afternoon while the baby needed a nap. Music is soooo loud. When you want to relax or sleep during the day, it feels as if your neighbor is having an outdoor party with the music that you don't like and turned it up to max!! it was even LOUDER at night!!!
