The hotel is well situate next to the bus terminal. The rooms are small and outdated, the air condition is not mediocre but for a one night stay for this price is ok.

If you're looking for a cheap and clean place to stay in Cancun I recommend this hotel. It is located in downtown Cancun, which is close to Market 23 and 28. However, the hotel is old. I personally liked it because it was cheap, I would only sleep there because I went on the tours for the entire day so it was worth my money's.

I had booked this hotel because it was super close to the bus station and my plan was to stay there one night before my morning flight. I had low expectations, but the hotel definitely exceeded them. The room was spacious and clean. It's not a fancy or brand-new building. But I was happy to stay there for the night.

The room this time was adequate. But can't really complain considering the price. I needed to be near the bus station. Discovered a 24 hour restaurant next door. I am s happy camper.

Nice hotel, only has a swimming pool and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch it closes early. The hotel is just across the street from the bus station and the city bus that runs on the main street take you to the bar area and runs pretty late.

We stayed here because we needed to be close to the bus station. It was a nice location, no frills, but very clean and well kept. Nice park nearby with lots of cheap food. Service was good. Wi-Fi, not great.

Everything was great, one piece of advice would be to get better beds.. Other than that it was a great experience

We arrived late at night. Room was very cozy for 50 bucks a night. Excellent location for the bus station, it was a short walk away the next morning. Shower was all stone and looked awesome. Would recommend!

Been staying at this hotel since it was the Novotel. Location is great. Small restaurant offers wonderful breakfasts and lunches. Restaurant and housekeeping staff are fantastic. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Prices are still very reasonable. This has been my go to hotel for over 20 years. Close to bus station, grocery stores and local park. Give it a try.

hotel was fine, we spent the night and then we traveled back home the next day. hotel had a problem with Air conditioning but fixed it in about an our. food was good. there are stores and restaurants around for midnight snack, all typical Mexican food.

This hotel is conveniently located to the bus station and stores and restaurants as well.

Right at the bus station. Pool, safe in room, great if you like downtown Cancun

Friendly staff, very accomodating. Next to a Sanborns that wasnt that representative of the chain. Room was very basic for a guy. Well i guess it was okay to take the bus the next day but i wouldnt take my wife or girlfriend there. I was going back through cancun in a couple of weeks and the rate doubled on the internet. I stayed at a hotel to the right of bus station as you go outthe front door one ne block and the rate was 40 dollars and had a really nice room. If you go around the bus station and across the double st there is a large supermarket that is reasonable and has prepared foods.

We were flying out in the morning and needed to be close to the ADO bus station. This place was perfect. It's not near the beaches, but it's an easy taxi ride to them. The room was clean and had all the amenities, the staff and the restaurant inside were also great.

Good value for money and close to centre of town. It had a nice pool and our rooms were very quiet at night.

I had an easy check in. Stayed two nights. The hotel is centrally located and an easy taxi or bus ride to the beaches. I stayed there for two days after leaving a resort. I went to the beach one day and left the next. The staff was more than helpful. The room clean but if your looking for a comfy bed look elsewhere. The food was reasonably priced and tasty. The hotel itself was older and true to the local design. I thought it was quaint. The weather was warm and humid. 80's -90

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to bars, restaurants and transportation.

Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. If you're looking for a cheap hotel to stay at that's not right on the beach this place is it. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean.

This is your typical Mexican, non-chain hotel. Very clean, very inexpensive, very safe. Very close to the main bus station. The staff is wonderful and even carries your bags to your room! We will definitely stay there again!

Great location close to everything! Very nice people, great service, some issues with the maintenance of things such shower clogged and flat screen tv not working. But they fix them right away. I would recommend this hotel 95%.
