Nice hotel, nice staff, high quality food, included alcoholic beverages.

Very friendly staff. Food was good and better than some of the popular hotels I've stayed at in Cancun before. WiFi was expensive but worked for me everywhere at the hotel.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Very clean hotel. I always say the workers work hard to clean everything. The staff were super nice and welcoming and the view and the food was fantastic!! Will come back for sure.

I wish I could give a better overall rating as everything was great except the check-in process. I booked two ocean view rooms. One for my 85-year-old father and one for me. When I arrived on the Friday afternoon, after waiting forever in line to check-in they never came out and said "we don't have a room available." Instead they said we want to offer you a better room but it won't be available until tomorrow. What we can do is you share a room with your father tonight and tomorrow we move you into a beautiful suite. All rooms at this hotel are the same - suites. After speaking with the manager and going round-and-round, I ended up sleep on a cot in my sister and brother-in-laws room for the night so my dad could have his own room. On Saturday I got my own room, but neither room I booked was an ocean view. They were at the end of the hotel that overlooked the lagoon. Not a bad view at all but again not what I paid for. They also gave me free wi-fi (excellent perk) and 4 VIP wrist bands - which really don't provide much more. They promised to keep my fridge stocked and deliver champagne and a snack. This happened once in my four day stay. If I pay for something I would like to get it and not be asked to share a room with my dad. What would have happened if I didn't have any other family at the resort? In addition, it is an open atrium hotel and late at night could hear people yelling and sometimes sounded like people were actually in your room.

This is a wonderdul hotel if you are looking for great family fun. There are many acticities for a family, the wait staff, activities staff and cooks are second to none!! Everyone takes amazing care of your family. The hotel is older, but you can tell they are working to update it. Overall clean, just not a high end hotel. I would stay here again and again!!

Great hotel for the price . Staff is friendly food is good and a good selection to choose from . Staff at the kids club is awesome. Emilio, Sergio and Angel are great bartenders . Felipe and Antonio in the buffet restraunt are the best ! Would go out of there way to serve us every breakfast.

Wonderful all inclusive resort. No need to leave The rooms. Very nice rooms, all the amenities. All the rooms have great views cause the hotel is kinda V-shaped. The upkeep is a little sloppy, some pretty sloppy paint jobs and stuff. But everything is built and furnished very well. For kids. So much for them to do. They have a daycare - Kids Club - open from 9am to 9pm. They have an indoor area with games, toys, movies, etc and an outdoor area with a huge pirate ship pool with slides, showers, etc. You can go there with your kids or you can have the staff watch them for you and go have some adult fun. Ages 1 1/2 to 12 years are free as long as you aren't leaving the resort. Under 1 1/2 is $15 an hour. Their staff is AMAZING. We brought our 5 month old and were very skeptical of leaving him (we don't even leave him with sitters at home). First we left him for one hour, peeking in the whole time. They made sure they had someone dedicated to him at all times, so he was never left alone. They played with him, he slept in their arms, he was a favorite amongst the staff. I think he had more fun on this trip than we did. The last day the girls were in tears that we were leaving. Let me tell you Angie and the others are very good with children. The rest of the resort is great for kids too. All of the pools have shallow areas. The restaurants have kids menus. The swim up bar even has a kids drink menu with fun tropical juice drinks named after Spiderman and Ursula and stuff.

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean every morning and the food served at the different hotels.

Nobody tell us that The hotel was broken The Chiller that provide AC

I have never in my adult frequent travel life sent a bad review to any hotel. But I absolutely feel this place deserves it. Not only is the customer service horrible but the room was not worth the money I spent. My room wasn't cleaned the first night, I had to go down and ask twice for it to be cleaned. One of the room keys stopped working and after 3 walks down to the lobby I was over it and we just used one key. When I went to use my shower the knob fell off. I didn't receive any wash cloths and it took 2 days to receive them. When I asked the concierge to call my scheduled transfer agent I was informed that even though it was a local call they would charge me which they did $5 not only once but $7 for the second call because they were disconnected during the call. I think in the entire resort 3 people spoke English and the rest were angry and my entire family because we didn't! I went to manager and made a complaint and they apologized and gave me a blank stare...that was it. No one offered to fix anything! They do have activities for children but once again the entertainment spoke Spanish and my children felt left out. When I asked can both English and Spanish be spoken they just laughed, I don't know if it was because they didn't understand or didn't care but either way I was over the trip! I have been to Mexico many times before but this was my first family trip and if I hadn't been there before I would never go back! The Great Parnassus is the absolute worse hotel that I have ever been too!!

My family had a fantastic time ,we loved the resort ! the pool is outstanding and that's where we spent most of our time . the staff was incredibly professional and polite and couldn't ask for anything better . Restaurant food was amazing. The downfall is if it rains there's really not much to do in the day for the children so I would suggest maybe a few extra activities. The bars were great but I would suggest a drink menu .

The beach was beautiful, nice location, about 5 min away from shopping centers driving. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent view to the beach for most rooms, and the kids had their own TV. Our room accommodated 5 people, and that was a great benefit! Food was ok, a lot of restaurants but they where closed most of the day. They only open for dinner, I didn't like that limitation. During the day you could only get room service or fast food: burgers, hot wings, fries. They have a kids place, that I didn't love either. While it is true that you could drop of your children, it didn't feel safe because anybody had access in an out of the children's pool and the way the kids area is designed there was constant traffic of people in the kids club coming in and out of the kids pool, with not much control. The kids club seem like an old basement with wet carpet, due to the pool being near by. My kids didn't want to stay there. The staff was amazing, beautiful installations, great pools, activities.

This trip was a great one. My son, whom is 8 had a very good time. He loved the outdoor water park. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the fact that there was no wifi available. They stated that the hotel was in the middle of switching companies, but I wish there was some kind of accommodation for that. There was not, so I couldn't access the internet unless I wanted to pay a fee . I also wished more of the employees spoke English. A lot of the time, I would call and ask a question and get transferred right away without so much as a hold please.

Front desk staff are very rude, including managers. Not enough information about the Hotel, entertainment staff try their best but not professionals, not much activities in the Hotel. I wouldn't stay in Parnassus again.

Hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had the power and water go out for about three hours on our second day. The hotel provided written apologies and tried to make up for the inconvenience by sending up a bottle of champagne and deserts. Over all the hotel and trip was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was great!

Hotel was good. Food is not bad. I guess we must learn spanish before next treep as employees at buffet almost don't know english. Hotel is mostly kids oriented, and our son enjoyed it much. There was wifi problem for over 2 weeks.

This place was great for toddlers to teens. My 5 yr old and I would get up at 8 have breakfast and go to the pirate ship water park area where my 16 yr old would meet us around noon for lunch. My 16 yr old made friends from around the world. There is a teen club, karaoke, daily dj at ocean side pools with activities, the mini golf is hard.... The restaurants were great a wide range from buffet to adults only. The Filet Minion was great! Only issue was no wifi and ac was out for a few days. The no wifi was difficult to deal with. The no ac was awful at times. It even went out in the rooms. They also need more elevators. I would not recommend staying on the upper floors it was a normal 10 min wait for the elevators. We do plan on going back next summer for another 2 weeks. May stay at the same place.

It was very comforting, relaxing & best of all had everything (food, drinks) within the resort.

Excellent Nice hotel!!! Finnest one Noce adventure and vacations trip ever
