Great Parnassus Family Resort - All Inclusive

We loved it been TO lots of resorts this one was perfect for families would definitely visit again

Place seemed unsanitary, main things didn't work in the rooms. I had a " VIP" I didn't get the the perks of them the day we arrived, the shower didn't work. Got the runaround for hours, till they gave us a new room. The hot water didn't run well on the new one. The food seemed very unsanitary, and was not worth getting the all inclusive. Plus the rooms seemed dated, you can tell they focus more on the lobby then anything.

Excellent hotel with perfect location. Very close to the beach and excellent service. I would travel again an pick this hotel.

Our family enjoys the smaller size resorts. This resort allows the kids to do their own thing and yet we can still keep an eye on them.

Great hotel with different food, great stuff. Rooms with Ocean view. I recommend it

This was are first time in Cancun. The rooms are a little dated but over still nice. We had and excellent view. The staff were all very friendly especially especially love the pools and beach areas the staff outside that did the games were more that excellent (Manny/ Monica / Carlos ). Would definitely recommend staying here.

The people were amazing. The property probably was too 25 years ago. We had a room the on ocean facing front that was impressive with huge balcony an juccuzi. The sliding doors shook all night in the wind an are wore out. Bathroom was huge but shower was down right nasty and in disrepair. I will say it's clean throughout the property an the food is decent.

We booked this hotel due to the good reviews on food. I will first start off by saying this hotel was in a decent location, had a nice beach, and had a good variety of food. Every night we were able to eat something different. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I gave this a bad review because when we arrived one of our rooms was not ready till after 4:00. After we got our first room it was dirty and outdated. There were cracks in the tub and floor, we found wrappers in the couch and the floor was dirty. When we complained about it they were not able to upgrade the room or give us a different room that night. It was very disappointing.

This was our first time here in Cancun thought the Staff was amazing and be very accommodating. Waiters & bartenders were very friendly and outgoing. Had a fabulous week. Our friends were not happy with the room services. Ours was excellent.

My daughter loved it. The beach was amazing. The food was actually much better than I expected. The steaks at Big Ben was really good, ask for the spicy habanero salsa, it's so spicy and good with the steaks. I really liked that you didn't have to make any reservations for dinner at the restaurants. I wish they had fruit available outdoors, there was only burgers, nachos, fries and pizza. After the third day all day at the pool and beach, fruits and veggies sounded pretty good but you have to go into the buffet for any fruits or salads and you can't take the food outside. The gym was really impressive, but being in Mexico, it needed much better air conditioning because it got muggy and sweaty fast once you start working out. It would've been nice if they give you bottled water in your room everyday but they only give you 4 bottles the first day and then charge you 10 pesos for every bottle after that. Ten pesos isn't bad but the bottles were really small. The kids club was great, my daughter loved it. The water slides looked fun but you had to be there the entire time with your kids and there were no beach chairs to lay on at the pirate ship side so it was not the most comfortable so we spent most of our time at the beach and pool. Get there fast though because all the chairs at the pool and beach get taken super early so you'll have no shade and have to put the towel in the sand. We didn't mind but we were really tan when we got back home. We'd go back for sure.

Nice hotel, nice staff, high quality food, included alcoholic beverages.

Very friendly staff. Food was good and better than some of the popular hotels I've stayed at in Cancun before. WiFi was expensive but worked for me everywhere at the hotel.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Very clean hotel. I always say the workers work hard to clean everything. The staff were super nice and welcoming and the view and the food was fantastic!! Will come back for sure.

I wish I could give a better overall rating as everything was great except the check-in process. I booked two ocean view rooms. One for my 85-year-old father and one for me. When I arrived on the Friday afternoon, after waiting forever in line to check-in they never came out and said "we don't have a room available." Instead they said we want to offer you a better room but it won't be available until tomorrow. What we can do is you share a room with your father tonight and tomorrow we move you into a beautiful suite. All rooms at this hotel are the same - suites. After speaking with the manager and going round-and-round, I ended up sleep on a cot in my sister and brother-in-laws room for the night so my dad could have his own room. On Saturday I got my own room, but neither room I booked was an ocean view. They were at the end of the hotel that overlooked the lagoon. Not a bad view at all but again not what I paid for. They also gave me free wi-fi (excellent perk) and 4 VIP wrist bands - which really don't provide much more. They promised to keep my fridge stocked and deliver champagne and a snack. This happened once in my four day stay. If I pay for something I would like to get it and not be asked to share a room with my dad. What would have happened if I didn't have any other family at the resort? In addition, it is an open atrium hotel and late at night could hear people yelling and sometimes sounded like people were actually in your room.

This is a wonderdul hotel if you are looking for great family fun. There are many acticities for a family, the wait staff, activities staff and cooks are second to none!! Everyone takes amazing care of your family. The hotel is older, but you can tell they are working to update it. Overall clean, just not a high end hotel. I would stay here again and again!!

Great hotel for the price . Staff is friendly food is good and a good selection to choose from . Staff at the kids club is awesome. Emilio, Sergio and Angel are great bartenders . Felipe and Antonio in the buffet restraunt are the best ! Would go out of there way to serve us every breakfast.

Wonderful all inclusive resort. No need to leave The rooms. Very nice rooms, all the amenities. All the rooms have great views cause the hotel is kinda V-shaped. The upkeep is a little sloppy, some pretty sloppy paint jobs and stuff. But everything is built and furnished very well. For kids. So much for them to do. They have a daycare - Kids Club - open from 9am to 9pm. They have an indoor area with games, toys, movies, etc and an outdoor area with a huge pirate ship pool with slides, showers, etc. You can go there with your kids or you can have the staff watch them for you and go have some adult fun. Ages 1 1/2 to 12 years are free as long as you aren't leaving the resort. Under 1 1/2 is $15 an hour. Their staff is AMAZING. We brought our 5 month old and were very skeptical of leaving him (we don't even leave him with sitters at home). First we left him for one hour, peeking in the whole time. They made sure they had someone dedicated to him at all times, so he was never left alone. They played with him, he slept in their arms, he was a favorite amongst the staff. I think he had more fun on this trip than we did. The last day the girls were in tears that we were leaving. Let me tell you Angie and the others are very good with children. The rest of the resort is great for kids too. All of the pools have shallow areas. The restaurants have kids menus. The swim up bar even has a kids drink menu with fun tropical juice drinks named after Spiderman and Ursula and stuff.

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean every morning and the food served at the different hotels.

Nobody tell us that The hotel was broken The Chiller that provide AC
