A really nice hotel, everything said quality with a games room with a full size snooker table gym, restaurant etc, , Probably the best hotel in the highlands, staff always pleasant and helpful, Had great views from my room and would guess same would be from all rooms, If you are not too fit must point out it is a 10 minute walk up hill back to hotel from the small town were you will visit, if you are staying here you really need to book a day trip out as their is very little to do otherwise...

Firstly I would just like to state we did only stay for 1 night so maybe this hotel has more to offer than meets the eye. However in terms of cleanliness the room was and bathroom were so dirty and outdated I actually felt uncomfortable getting in to the bed as I was afraid it was unclean. The breakfast was terrible and I ended up leaving and going elsewhere for breakfast. The lift in this hotel reminded me of a prison cell. Unfortunately for us this hotel was part of a package so I did not have a choice of accommodation but I am thankful that I only had to stay for one night. On the flip side the views are incredible but there are definitely much nicer hotels in the area.

The junior suite is spacious and comfortable. The room comes with 1 queen bed and two single beds, a small living hall and dining table. Suitable for family with teenage children or 4 adults who don't mind sharing the same room. However, the queen bed and the two single beds are strategically separated into two sections. There is also additional television at the queen bed section apart from the one at the living hall. Breakfast is satisfactory.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in aug 2017 as part of a 4 week tour of Malaysia and quite frankly it was the worst accommodation on our trip. Most of the staff seem to speak very little english so complaints don't seem to get through. My wife ordered chicken and chips in the restaurant and found it inedible though I ate Malaysian food and this was OK and breakfast was not bad. The rooms are a bit dated and run down with v poor soundproofing. We had a large family in the two rooms next door to us who were v noisy all night. We complained to reception who noted our complaint but never got back to us or made any apology. The management seems to respond to every poor review by saying they will act on it but I saw no sign that they had rectified any of the issues pointed out in earlier reviews so I hope I won't get the standard response to this review!

This hotel is just one of many. Absolutely nothing special. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is ok, the service is ok, the location is ok. Kind of dirty in the room when we arrived. A lot of dust behind the beds. I know because my 4 year old likes to play hide and seek. What I really don't understand is the tourist flow to Cameron Highlands. There is really nothing special to see there.

This little dated hotel is near the town centre of Tana Rata in the highlands. We had an upgrade and the room on the 4th floor was double the size of a normal room. Perfect bed and shower with badtub was nice. There is no airco.. nice because the weather is just perfect there. The breakfast.... yeah just take it. Just a few ringit and you have egg, toast, tea and jam. Not a big deal but it is okay.

Good Located 10-15 mins walk from tanah rata shops Fair price on weekdays Free covered/open parking Short driving distance to most attractions (Bringchang, Boh Plantation etc) Not so good Bad room sound proofing Hotel is aged and tired Stained carpet and bed sheets

Hotel is very near to the main point i.e. Tanah Rata bus station. We had a nice view room at front side of the hotel and the room was very clean having ceiling fan. Hot running water was available for bath and toiletries were provided too. A well variety of Buffet breakfast was included with the room rent, which we had at the restaurant near lobby. Buffet and Ala' carta lunch and dinner is available at the restaurant. They charged RM 30 per person for buffet dinner, which was good having variety of choice. Girls at reception and Bell boy were well behaved. We had a peaceful stay and surely will get back to this hotel.

Generally, it's a good hotel. However, as mentioned by a few reviewers, the furniture is quite outdated. The bath tub in my room was a bit dirty and the balcony is ridden with insects (both dead and alive). The TV does not have many channels but it suffices for those who will be venturing out all day. Please do not even gargle your mouth with the water there because it's yellow, like proper yellow in colour. Use the free bottles of water kindly provided by the hotel.

Room is a bit dated but the facilities are adequate. Near enough to walk to shops and eateries (short walk down a slope) but far enough from the noise of traffic and town. Ground/lobby floor has a coin operated laundry and a small convenience store. Hotel has free parking for guests. The room has a fan, which is a welcome relief as the weather is not always that cooling at Cameron Highlands.
