Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially with us having a wheelchair user in the family. From the bellman to the front desk staffs, almost all were polite. They let us use one of their wheelchairs in the hotel throughout the stay. Breakfast was ok. Fried noodles was quite salty, chicken porridge was too diluted with clear soup taste like made from chicken bullion, but the nasi lemak was really nice. Parking was no problem since they have huge parking area, even with a wheelchair user it won't be a problem. We stayed in room 555, a deluxe quadruple room (2 queen beds) and it was quite spacious for 4 adults. The bathroom is nice with the bathtub and separate shower. However the toilet seat is a bit loose on one side. Other than that it was perfect for us to rest. If you want something standard with no hassle this is not a bad choice.
This hotel is located on walking distance from the city center. The room we stayed in was very spacious and also clean. There is no wifi in the room, but we knew that before we arrived. Bathroom is also clean and spacious with separate shower and bath tub. Staff was friendly and polite. We had dinner in the hotel on the first evening, which did not meet our expectations. However, the breakfast was very good with a nice mixture of Western and Asian food. All in all a pleasant stay and good value for money.
We kept the windows opened to catch the cool breeze. Unfortunately, there was a school trip from Bangkok and the corridor was noisy half the night, then around 5am the tour buses started their engines so we did not get much sleep.
I have since been staying at this hotel whenever visited Cameron highland. The hotel is clean, qiute environment and location near to town. Hotel staff's service is good, especially reception area are very helpful. Breakfast varieties is sufficient to choose. Moreover, overall is satisfied. I will recommend travellers for family's, couple or honey moon gateway.
Nice hotel with great location. The deluxe room is cozy & comfortable. There is NO WiFi in the room, but in the lobby they do have. The breakfast is nice. The staffs are very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, when we check in the receptionist did not inform us on 12th Dec there is a power shut down. We only get the information until we enter our room. The information memo was in Malay. If I were foreigner then I will not know there is power shut down until happen during the midnight. Hotel management should take note for it. Luckily the night weather in Cameron just nice, hence that night we were not feeling too hot. Overall we have a good stay. Will come for next time.
No wifi in the room, very bad wifi in lobby area. Unclean rooms (hair in fresh towels!, toilet, bathroom). Room did not feel clean-and this was superior room. Old furnishing of the room (from 70s), carpet smels bad. No aircon (but there was a fan in room, which could not be regulated or turned off and it was loud). Breakfast tasteless. And on top extreamly pricy.
I stay there during 18-19 november 2017 for attending meeting . Our meeting going smooth with assistant by mr amin rahim . i will come again for next meeting and i will recommend your hotel to my friends and others unit . Great hospitality .
Location wise is a bit secluded perch on a hill. The good thing is it the place does not seem to be crowded, even though there were busloads of guests. While the level 4 room for 3 pax was alright, the shower was a bit disappointing as the water flow was too slow. Should you have sweet food/tidbits along, keep them in the fridge, as overnight there will be ants over your food. Breakfast overall would be described as above average with a wide selection of local and western dishes. Guess there's a difference when you check in as a paying guest and as a vacation club member.
We stayed 3 nights in this Tudor style hotel. We had great views and would recommend a higher level floor. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is up a hill and "we got our exercise" coming and going. The hotel is getting older and is showing its age a bit. There is a small, very pretty garden that is a bit awkward to get to. Everything considered, including the price, it was a good option.
I stayed here as I had some work in the area. The check in was smooth as we made a reservation earlier. You have to take an old lift to your floor and then, depending on where your room is, you might have to take a long walk along the corridors, turns and bends before finally reaching your room. There are other lifts along the way, but noone tells you about them. You have to discover it yourself! The room is okay. Large, but dated. The view, depending on which room you get, can be quite spectacular, but it's pot luck. It has all the usual amenities, coffee, tea (of course!), shampoo, soap and shower gel. The bathrooms are a little more dated than the rooms, but with the price you pay, well, what do you expect? The hot wanted works fine and there is good water pressure. The annoying thing with bathtubs and shower curtains, is that there is usually a leak and you only discover it after you have showered! Oh well. The TV channels are okay, but not all work well. My biggest gripe is that there is no wifi in the rooms! What age are we living in? They have free wifi in the common areas, but none in the rooms. Not even if you pay for it! Other than that, breakfast is okay. They do try their best. the first day, the lady struggled with my omelette, so it was more like scrambled eggs, but I'm not fussy. It was fine. It would be nice if they had cheese though. Maybe a suggestion. The food is mixed, Western and Eastern, so eggs, beans, toast along with rice, noodles, curry... It's fine and a good filler for the morning. By the way, I do like eating with a knife and fork, so I discovered where they keep the knives; in the wooden trolley drawer near to the bread area! It saves time waiting to find someone to ask, then repeat, then wait again. It's actually not bad if you just want somewhere to sleep. As such it was fine for me. Would I stay here again? Well, yes, as it's convenient for work.
