The front desk officers were very friendly and gives a very welcoming feeling when you first step into the hotel. The room were very spacious and fits comfortable an additional single bed. ID of the room were in style common to hotels in Cameron Highlands in the 90s. I guess there were trying to create the homely cottage feel. As the hotel were undergoing some renovation works, internet connection is only available at the lobby area. Dinner that we had at the restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet variety is adequate. The hotel is not far from the city centre where the station bus and various restaurant is located. The hotel is family friendly and a good hotel to just take a rest from city life. I stayed there after a 2 days 1 night hiking trip in one of the mountain near Cameron Highlands. The stay did good to my recovery before the long trip back to KL. Disclaimer: We have visited this hotel before, so it is only natural to feel comfortable as when I was growing up this is the hotel that we used to stay in. Hope the upgrading works will not change the hospitality of the staff in the hotel.
Excellent Hotel very good and well equipped rooms. Staff extremely Friendly and Helpfull. Resurant very good Food excellent. Lovely views lovely gardens all excellent..would recommend the hotel very highly.
Heritage is one of hotels in my favorite list from now. They had the best preparation from the beginning to the end. Staffs are so friendly and helpful, room is large, clean and has a beautiful view toward to forests, mountains... I like the sofa chair was set up in Deluxe Room, because every morning, I could drink tea/coffee and look toward mountains/green forests. So fresh and peaceful space! I’m also thankful to Ms Farah and her staffs helped us to celebrate a memorable birthday to my boyfriend, the birthday cake is so cute and tasty. We like it so much. Generally, Everything is so sweet in Cameron Highland and we will never forget your smiley lovely faces at Heritage hotel, guys! It’s sad to leave early because I only booked for 2 nights as my plan! Surely, We will come back this lovely hotel to visit all of you again. Highly recommend this hotel to whom is going to travel Cameron Highland and find a special difference! P/s: If you’re planning to here and don’t know how to come, you should email to this hotel and ask them to help you organize a taxi of Mr Radha. He is really a nice and helpful driver. I like his professional working way and his carefulness to guests during the long way to Cameron Highland. What I paid for him was worth of the good service I expected! High recommend this driver too!
We had just a one night stay but it was a comfortable and enjoyable one. We weren't able to enjoy the breakfast that was included as we were leaving early to hike but the staff offered to have a packed version for us at 6am. I was sceptical that it would be ready but I was wrong to be as it was there waiting for us when we departed. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating in let us check out a little later when we returned later than expected. All in all a smart and functional hotel with staff that really seem to care. This turned the trip from an ordinary one to one that was memorable for all the right reasons.
I went there for a one night stay . The room and shower are comfortable . The scenery from my hotel room at the 6th floor is nice . I can breathe the fresh air in the early morning at the hotel greenery garden too.The reception is friendly . Unfortunately , I went there during the school holiday , after having rest in hotel , I want to visit the Tea Boh plantation in Brinchang .The traffic jam from the hotel (Tanah Rata ) to the plantation took me 2 and a half hours and when we arrive there , the place had close ...
We booked the new wing and got a room on the 5th floor, with beautiful views. Our room booking did not come with breakfast but this was fine as we could walk everywhere. Our room was large and clean. The hot water shower was strong and powerful. The bed was comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. Check in and check out was really fast and friendly.
im a frequent traveller to Cameron highland and frequent stay at Heritage Hotel. Lately the room and service condition was getting from bad to worst. The room condition are poor with malfunction light, water tap and the toilet bowl was stuck with left over poo. This happen the moment i check in into the room after i got my key.
I booked the hotel because of 4 stars but i m sure the hotel deserve only 3 stars only because of its lobby area They dont have pool Staff is nice Honeymoon couple they provide twin beds After that they changed to king size but for it was not king size Pillows are dirty No safe in rooms Bedsheet have some strange marks Anyways for sure will not go next time
Seriously enjoy my stay here . Too bad I only stay for one night . Room is big . The view from room also very nice . Enjoy it . Steamboat dinner at hotel restaurant, is nice . Highly recommended for those who lazy to walk out and just for those wanna spend a night or a day in hotel . Staff is very nice and friendly. highly recommend. For me this is the 5 star hotel in Cameron highland . 5 Star for service . 5 Star for the environment.
We stayed 2 nights when visiting the Cameron Highlands. Looks ok from the outside but quite 'interesting' inside. Bedroom was huge, old furniture all around, dirty carpet, ok bathroom. Electric fittings scared us out (see photo). Everything seems big but dated - you could have a 5 a side tournament in the corridors or entrance hall... Breakfast was better than expected considering the tired environment. There is a play area with old-school arcade games, shame you have to pay to play pool. Bar not inviting, 'gym' to be forgotten.Location is 10mn walk uphill from the centre, having to go through some blocks of flats. Fairly average all in all, wouldn't stay there again.
