This motel was really outdated. The bathroom was like a locker room from back in high school. The tv wasn’t a smart tv and had that blurry fuzzy picture from the 90’s. The entire place really needs an entire upgrade to be brought into the current time period. Also, they allow dogs apparently. My bad for not noticing that. I love dogs. But I’m not a fan of the people in the room next to me letting their dog come pee on my patio each morning and barking at every squirrel that ran by all day. The location was great though. There was an entrance to the boardwalk directly across the road. And I loved the restaurant next door.
The rooms are very outdated. It needs some serious renovations if they want to charge $500 a night! Location is clearly great but not worth the price.
Booked this property for the Seaview. Ended up looking at the car park. I would expect more for $350.

Great location. Room condition was nice, but not cleaned thoroughly - food left in fridge from prior guest, was not a nice surprise.
The proximity to the beach was amazing. This is the second time staying here.
The closeness to the water and a walk on the beach. Next door restaurant was excellent, good food! Enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.
Perfect location. Outdoor gas fire pit was not working. Stopped wine reception due to COVID.

Odd room design, the microwave was underneath the dresser. Carpet was tired and needs to be replaced.
The bathroom door was awkwardly placed. It blocks part of the vanity when opened. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars. The room was spacious. Wine and cheese evening reception is a good way to mingle with other guests.
