CAMBO, C352: 2-bedroom apartment in a recent building, close to the town center with a park and swimming pool*. This ground-floor apartment features a living room opening onto a west-facing terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, etc.), a lounge (sofa bed and TV), a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two parking spaces and access to the swimming pool are included. Small pets are allowed.

*The swimming pool is open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the building management. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
