Location: This beautiful detached villa is located in a neighbouring village of Camaiore, the locality is Greppolungo. The villa is in a quiet location and it is not far from the beaches of Versilia. A beautiful terrace with a beautiful panoramic view to the sea and a beautiful fenced garden are available to our guests. Central heating is available. The beautiful furnishings, the terracotta floor, the ceiling made of wooden beams. Access to the holiday home is via a narrow but tarmac road.
The open fireplace gives the villa a typical Tuscan character and is a feast for the eyes for guests. Parking spaces, barbecue and a washing machine are available.
Features: The living area is approx. 125 m² and is distributed as follows: On the ground floor there is a beautiful typical Tuscan open-plan kitchen, the dining room, the living room with fireplace and TV, guest WC. The upper floor is reached via a staircase in the living room. There is a reading room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed (four-poster bed) and a large terrace, bathroom with bathtub. Another large room (approx. 40 m²) with a double sofa bed, private shower/bathroom and private entrance is also located on the upper floor.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 300, electricity, gas, water € 20/person and week. Final cleaning € 80. Bath bed linen on request € 25/person and change. Air conditioning on request € 50 per week.
Pets € 100. Arrival outside the time 15 - 20 o'clock is chargeable € 50.
