This property is immersed in the green hillsides of Versilia, only 10 Km from the splendid Viareggio.
Villa Girasole is 210 m2 large and can accommodate up to 10 people. The Villa offers a 40m2 living room where you can relax and enjoy nice movies on the satellite TV.
The kitchen is furbished with a modern kitchen where delicious meals can be cooked.
Further there are five sleeping rooms, where four are double rooms and have a private bathroom (shower). The last bedroom is located in the attic and offers one king size bed.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden or 1500m2 and a forest. In the swimming pool area you can relax and dine. There is a stone oven where nice pizzas and BBQ can be arranged for you and your guests. Further there are two toilets with shower and one locker room. The swimming pool is 18m x 8m large.

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort mit Traumgarten und Pool
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus! Besonders begeistert waren wir von der traumhaften Außenanlage mit wunderschön gepflegtem Garten, großem Pool, Außenküche und Pizzaofen – einfach perfekt für erholsame Tage im Freien. Es gab zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, sodass jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz finden konnte. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet – jeden Morgen wurde der Außenbereich gepflegt, noch bevor wir überhaupt aufgewacht sind.Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und ideal für mehrere Personen. Eine kleine Anregung: Eine Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern würde den Aufenthalt bei hohen Temperaturen noch angenehmer machen. Einige Dinge wie ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen oder ein paar Küchenausstattungen haben wir vermisst – hier wäre eine kleine Ergänzung schön. Auch ein paar zusätzliche Bade- und Poolhandtücher wären praktisch gewesen.Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Haus mit viel Herz geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekt für Ruhesuchende
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern ( 1 bis 13 Jahren) für 1 Woche in der Villa.
Die Anreise ist etwas mühsam, da die letzten 800m Schotterstraße wirklich eine Herausforderung sind.
Für Ruhesuchende ist die Villa perfekt, ein großer Garten, ein wirklich großer Pool der jeden Tag gesäubert wird, jede Menge Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum entspannen ein.
Die Küche ist funktional und sauber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch etwas klein.
Einziges Problem ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, mit richtigem Lüften und den vorhanden Ventilatoren konnte man in den unteren Zimmern halbwegs schlafen.
Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss haben wir nicht benutzt, da es viel zu heiß war.
Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle und entspannte Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Kommunikation und Verlässlichkeit mit den Gastgebern war super.

La Dolce Vita
Maison spacieuse, située au milieu des collines Toscanes, un vrai (grand) coin de paradis.
La maison était suffisamment spacieuse pour nous accueillir tous les 10. La partie extérieure est vraiment très plaisante à vivre : grand jardin, grande piscine, fitting room, four à pizza, un must !
Nous avons eu quelques désagréments liés à des odeurs d'égouts dans certaines chambres mais l'hôte a tout mis en place pour venir à bout de ces inconforts (indépendants de leur volonté).
Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour !

Tolle Villa, super Pool, etwas abseits halt
Die Villa ist toll, der Garten und der Pool sind riesig! Der Pizzaofen und der Essplatz draussen sind genial.
Die Dame auf der Anlage war sehr nett und unauffällig.
Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits.
Aussicht auf's Meer ist nicht wirklich gegeben. Aber der Garten ist so gross und die Umgebung grün, so dass dies nicht wirklich schlimm ist.
Perfekter Ort für 2-3 Familien, die sich etwas Ruhe gönnen wollen.
Das Haus steht zum Verkauf und offenbar werden kleine Reparaturen nicht mehr ausgeführt. Türfalle fällt ab, Klimageräte im Dachgeschoss funktioniert nicht (was den Raum bei 33 Grad unbewohnbar macht) die kleinen Schlafzimmer sind im Sommer richtig heiss - mindestens ein Lüfter für alle Räume wäre wichtig!
Duschkabinen sind sehr klein (entsprechen nicht der übrigen Grosszügigkeit)
