The central heating is gas-fired.
The enclosed grounds allow you to enjoy the swing, the sandbox, and the 8x4m above-ground, 1.2m deep chlorine pool, shared with the owners, open from May to September.
The shared, unheated pool is fenced at a height of 1.5m and accessed through a gate.
A baby cot is available. The cottage is located on the border of the Dordogne and Lot rivers, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Hiking trails and the Dordogne River are less than 500 meters away. All tourist attractions are within 10 minutes to 1 hour of the cottage (Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, the Lascaux Caves, the Proumeyssac Chasm, etc.). You can also enjoy the proximity of sites such as the Padirac Chasm, Rocamadour, St. Cyr-Lapopie, and Colonge-la-Rouge, among others.
