This hotel has excellent accommodation with very professional staff. Our room was a duplex room which was extremely quiet away from any street noise but for those with walking problems may be difficult for climbing stairs. The one negative side was the parking, a charge to park in a garage with limited space and where the lights were going out at a moment's notice leaving people in total darkness. This could be unsettling for some people. Overall however a good hotel.
Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Good sized 'priviledge' room with balcony overlooking gardens was very peaceful. Amenities in room good (nespresso, complimentary soft drinks & water, comfortable bed) but toiletries a little basic. Easy walking distance from everything. Good base for a short stay.
Easy to find, we accessed underground parking, superb room overlooking park, extremely hot weather but the blinds and efficient ceiling fan meant we were comfortable at night. Great bed linen and comfortable bed. Modern decor was lovely. Extremely helpful friendly staff who obviously enjoyed their job. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area
Stayed for 5 nights in June '17. Small but clean rooms friendly and helpful staff good breakfast with secure parking if you need it. The location is A1 and it's relatively affordable. Would recommend. Nice bar and there is a garden area open during the day.
Just returned from a trip to france, we stayed for 1 night at the Mercure to break up the journey. The hotel is ideally situated right next to the harbour and only 10 mins walk to the beach. Also just a couple of minutes to the centre of town with numerous bars and restaurants. Two things about Deauville, firstly it's gorgeous and secondly it's expensive. The hotel is fine, nice modern clean rooms and adequate continental breakfast. All in all lovely hotel fantastic position in the town and friendly staff. One tip about parking, the hotel has a small amount of parking but you need to pre-book this. You can park in the local streets for free however.
We travelled as a group of 4 couples the guys playing golf and the girls doing what girls do. Great location with secure parking and many bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were hard working and always happy nothing was a problem. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do serve breakfast, which appears expensive, but we ate in a local cafe for around the same price. Deauville is an expensive place but this Hotel offers great value and the location is perfect.
Very pleasant hotel facing the small sail boat Harbour in the center of town. However, if you get a room on the park side, it is very quiet, especially if you are in the upper floors. The room was not very but it was very functional. To add to this nice environment, the hotel is close to the market and the commercial downtown.
This Mercure was perfectly placed for us to visit both Deauville and Trouville on foot, which was our plan. The rooms were not big, but there were clean and the bathrooms were modern. The staff was great!
Great hotel next to the port, quite new very clean great staff you will not go wrong booking here. I love Deauville. And a great restaurant , go across the bridge to troueville to brasserie la center Food sex it's great
Stayed here Saturday evening in January as a package deal with the local Thalasso I've rarely seen such a small room in a hotel, (room 311 for info) The room itself is very nice, finely decorated in grey, looked brand new, very clean with a nice bathroom, its just that is a small box, rather than a bedroom. I honestly can't remember ever seeing such a small room The TV lets you choose, BBC world service, or Canel Plus but none were working, only the standard French channels, it bit much for a four star hotel The staff are very helpfull, the breakfast was great, a nice hotel, except for the size of the bedroom, especially if you compare it to the price of the room.....
