We stayed here 15 years ago and returned for our visit with our nearly teenaged son. The room rate is very reasonable. The room is quite large. We're not tripping over one another. It's walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's also walking distance to the Bayeux Tapestry. The staff is friendly. Parking, while a separate charge, is extremely convenient. We've stayed in many hotels in France and I would rank this highly in comparison.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of the town, so very easy to walk to all the main attractions. Lovely large clean room and incredibly comfortable bed, everything about the place was in perfect condition and very we'll cared for. BUT What lets this place down is the addition of €30 per night in extra charges for parking, breakfast, local tax and state tax which was not very obvious when we made the booking. On the one night we ate in the restaurant, the food was OK, not amazing but was really let down by an officious restaurant manager who was in a massive hurry to get us and other diners through their meals, even trying to clear my main course while I was still eating and holding my knife and fork, aperitif, 3 courses and coffee in 1 hour , wow ! In summary, double check the prices before you book and eat in 1 of the many other very good restaurants in Bayeux, and yes I will definitely stay there again when I return to Bayeux.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. Such a quaint town and easily accessible. Close enough to Normandy and Mont Saint-Michel. The restaurant was also very good. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

I was given a wonderbox gift for my late husband and myself . My daughter accompanied me . We also booked a nights stay . We found the staff friendly, polite and helpful . The room was lovely, clean and modern . Very well located to the shops . We could not fault this hotel . The only disappointment was my chicken was tough . My daughters beef was not the best . Apart from this it was a very enjoyable stay and we will return . Thank you to all the staff !

We arrived at the hotel to find that they had no record of our booking, which I booked through The receptionist said the hotel did not deal with Lastminute. Luckily, they had rooms available. The next morning I checked my credit card statement and found I had already paid for the room at the time I booked it. I explained to the receptionist, who asked me to forward my email confirming the booking to her. She discovered from this that the booking was via Hotelnet, with whom they do deal, and she then retrieved our booking. I thought it odd that there was no record of the booking in my name for the amount shown, since there was a booking through Hotelnet. It was all amicably sorted out, but it was a concern when I saw I'd already paid for the room. Otherwise the hotel is clean and convenient, perfect for exploring Bayeux. the room was nicely decorated and the bed's very comfortable. The wifi though is very slow, and at peak times almost unusable. If the windows are open the traffic noise is surprising; we were in a room near the corner where there were traffic lights at the crossroads, so on the Saturday night there was quite a lot of traffic stopping and starting into the small hours. There is convenient secure parking, great at night as even in mid October in the evening there were very few spaces nearby that were available.

We rented a room for three - we were given a very large, clean, very nicely decorated room with one twin bed and one queen bed. The bathroom was huge with a big jetted bathtub. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was REALLY good. We also had breakfast on two of the days we were there and also enjoyed it. The buffet is big and has something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was huge, fresh, and worth it. The hotel is so clean and modern, and the rooms are large enough for luggage with the king bed and a full size bathroom. Really well-thought out hotel. There is an attached parking lot that is so convenient, and their pool area is lovely! It was also very easy to have our dog with us.There are some stairs required, even with the elevator. Not to bad though. Beware of the dog! There is a "house dog" that is a large husky. He seems friendly at first but is not--he is aggressive toward small dogs, kids, and smaller women. Do not trust this dog and have the owner put his leash on if you are parking in the lot.

Nice hotel with private parking and a small heated pool. Restaurant on site although we did not eat in simply on the basis of getting out and about and seeing around Bayeux in the evening. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and looked recently refurbished. The hotel is perfectly situated in easy walking distance to the Cathedral and Tapestry Museum. Bayeux is a good central base for visiting the D-Day beaches either with a car (as we did) or using the many options locally for guided tours. The only negative is the sketchy and slow wifi.

We loved our stay here! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great selection of foods and drinks. The bar was a good place to relax. Our room was a good size, warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location just off the main roads, a nice quiet spot! We liked that it was a small hotel as it was never bustling with guests, just a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for our stay here. We will be back!

We were in adjacent building that had no elevator, so had to take bags up flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but if older or with disabilities just know in advance. Room was nice and big. Location is in historical area of Bayeux. Lots of good restaurants around. Breakfast at hotel was amazing!
