There's another room with a French bed (1x160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters, as well as a third room with two beds (90 cm, length 180 cm), also featuring air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. The level is completed with a kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine, along with an additional shower/WC.
