The hotel is in a very convenient location to access the historic sites in Granada. The apartment was spacious, comfortable bed and with access to a locked garage. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is unbeatable: 7min walking to the main square, but far from noise and crowds. Our unit, #32, was ample well take care of and clean. The only minor complain we have is that when the HVAC was on, you could listen some crackings on the woods. We didn't report it because turning off the HVAC solved the problem, and because it didn't bother us much. The staff was excellent. They helped us a lot from beginning to end. We recommend it to family and friends.

Th hotel is 5 minutes from th cathedral and at the bottom of th brawn quarter. The suites are large and well equipped. In our room (14), there was a living area with sofa, dinning table, to and kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave, two hot plates, fridge, kettle and Storage. You then went though to the double bedroom with another tv. To the sides there was then a wardrobe leading into the bathroom. This had a large monsoon shower. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with recommendations. The parking was in a small garage on a side street for 17.95€ a night. It is on Calle Cedran. If driving go there first and check in for help getting into the garage.

We drove here from Malaga and the hotel was extremely well sign posted and we also received detailed directions from the hotel. Driving in Granada is not for the feint hearted as the streets are very narrow near the hotel. The hotel has a unloading bay with a 10 minute stay limit. The hotel has very limited private parking (which we were lucky to get into) but the staff will go with you to the nearest public car park. Check in was efficient and friendly with good English spoken. Our 2 bedroom suite was large with plenty of space for our group of 2 adults and 3 teenage kids to spread out. The room was clean and the living room/kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was a little small for a group of our size and maybe a single bathroom for a maximum occupancy of 6 people may put some off. We got a great deal on this hotel by booking way in advance which made it incredible value for money. I'm not sure I'd be as favourable if I'd paid the rates currently available on the internet. The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions in Granada (it is a 3 minute walk from the Cathedral) and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You could even walk to the Alhambra on a mild day but take the transfer bus when it's in the high 30s. We can recommend the in room breakfast. It is value for money and huge - book as you check in at 9 euros per head. We ordered for 5 people but serving for 3 would have been plenty.

The place is very well located in the heart of Granada. Efficient and secure parking available for the property made life fairly simple. The family room was fairly spacious with a private terrace and breakfast is served in your room.

I booked a triple occupancy room as my husband, my teenage son and I were travelling. Pleasantly surprised to see a huge bedroom, living room, kitchenette and plush big luxurious bathroom. Lovely location, walk to Plaza Neuva, Cathderal and also Alhambra. So many places to eat just in the street behind the hotel. Can't say if we have seen more friendlier staff than this hotel anywhere in Europe. Special thanks to the staff for making my husband's bday special by organising a surprise bday cake and a bottle of wine for me. Special thanks to Belen and Noorie for helping me in changing my tickets too. I was feeling bad that we stayed there only 2 nights. Would highly recommend this place. This place is of historic importance if you read about them carefully them.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Could not fault our suite. Very well appointed and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast on our first morning in our room but found there were many lovely cafes on Via Colon that we enjoyed having breakfast at on the following days. Great location in an elegant part of town with short walk to centre of city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are all suites with a bedroom, living room and kitchenette, very spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is very good. Location is excellent, right in the city center and walking distance from the cathedral. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here in may. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. We stayed on the front side right on the street the first night. This is my one complaint. The room was very nice, but so noisy. The hotel moved us to another room the next night. Again the room was excellent and we finally slept well. The staff is excellent very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, within waking distance of everything. The hotel does not have a gym as advertised on trip advisor though so if you like having a gym don't stay here. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a really nice stay here

original text: English. Granada is not a cheap place - so go for value for money. Rate for a suite of more than 40m² in double occupancy, including breakfast, use of internet, taxes, all mod cons: EUR 117,70 per night (we stayed for two nights). To get an idea of the suite, go to their website and look at the 3D rendition of the Gayuba type suite. It consists of a parlour with a small but fully equipped kitchen at the side. There is a sofa which can be turned into a bed. Move on to the bedroom with attached closet/wardrobe and the bathroom. Bathroom amenities can be rated overcomplete. Breakfast is being served to the room exactly at the required time (ok, +/- 5 minutes). Choice is not exceptionally big, but so is breakfast in Spain in general. Fruit is fresh, bread is crunchy. For those who really need it: there are 2 TV sets - one in the parlour, the other in the bedroom. And above all, friendly and helpful staff. This place is my choice if I ever have the chance to come back to Granada.
