Was given a wheelchair accessible room for some reason so the bed was very very low to the floor and very uncomfortable. A few of the pillows had visible stains. Stains on the chair. The shower had no curb so water got everywhere when used and had to use most of the towels to dry up mess. Super thin walls, could hear ppl slamming doors and TVs all night. Room had funky smell
Way overpriced for what the place offers. Floors creaked every step we took and could hear the floor above us creaking all night. Bed was very stiff. Bathroom was way too small. I barely fit in there. Whole hallway smelled like cigarettes at one point despite all the rooms labeled non smoking. And homeless guy wandering the parking lot left me uneasy both nights. The power outlets on the night stands and desk didn’t work. The place needs a deep cleaning, not just change the sheets and vacuum and call it a day.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Pool is small and nothing really by the pool. The jacuzzi's water was reallt dirty and green, definitely seems that there is lack of maintenance on the entire property. The room was okay. The queen size beds were on a really high platform. Bathroom area was outdated, smelly toilet/shower area. Disappointing for a Best Western. Would not stay there again! Front desk staff were amicable and welcoming.
Nice hotel. Nice room. Not great location. Loud people in next room till midnight. Noisy people outside at 6:00 am.

@ early morning workers been loud talking about there personal life , on our last date check out at 11am , workers knocking on the door at 10am to ask what time are we living .
Enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Will stay here again in the future.
It was clean and nice. I did not get to use the breakfast area. There isn't much insulation between the rooms as it was very noisy in the hall and from the room next door---where they were arguing and yelling.
Clean rooms and easy check in and check out would highly recommend.
