Like the service and staff. I will visit again. Nice place to stay in.

First time visiting and staying in Calgary. Location was very convenient for us. Close to light rail and eating. Did not need a vehicle.

The front desk has no hospitality. They are so authoritative and argumentative. They have no willingness to help out except quite few ones. Especially the caucasian lady who works in the afternoon shift looks so mad and argumentative.

We asked for two double/queen beds and ended up getting one king bed with a sleeper sofa which was terrible on my back!

They can be better, this hotel is does not have any special thing, the location is very good.

It is just fine... not a wow one! The parking is not included and is very expensive during the week.

I have a great stay in this Hotel and I am coming back in two weeks time.

The hotel needs a major remodel. Everything is from the 80's. The toilet still has a 3 gallon flush which I'm not even sure how that's legal. Furniture and carpet is on it's last leg. Hallway carpet torn in several areas. I give it 3 stars because the rate is great considering the location is downtown. Don't stay there to impress anyone, stay there for a comfortable bed and great location with a great price.

Fair overall stay, but the internet did not work even though IT supposedly fixed it and the pool was closed. Also, there was no fridge or microwave.

Hotel is standard, not spectacular, clean enough. Staff is friendly enough. The room carpets look old and not too clean. I like the Tazo tea in room.

The location was wonderful. I requested a wake up call never received it ,also requested room service menu didn't receive it either. I wouldn't recommend it for the price the location is great. The hotel is very out dated & looks run down. Internet connection was horrible down stairs in the restaurant I had to connect to different server very frustrating .

Perfect location right near the C train. 5 minute drive. Awesome hotel. Would definetly stay here again!!!!!

This hotel was perfect for our trip. It was in the heart of downtown. It had clubs nearby so you didn't have to call for a cab. It was just like a 5 minute walk and your there. If you are looking for a place to party with your friends, I would recommend it!

Great location, in the heart of Calgary and near everything. Clean, good food and helpful staff. But the wireless internet was really sow though.

My first night they were working on the water system and failed to let me know there was no water in the morning. Got my hair washed and the water pretty much stopped and what was coming out had brownish tint. Was told of overnight work in the morning when I complained. Upon return, apology notices were posted but my room still had no water pressure. They moved me but not so much as a drink coupon for the annoyance. WiFi and ethernet connection speeds were atrocious. For that alone I will not stay there again.

The hotel is pretty big, has a restaurant and a pub. Swimming pool was closed. Business center staff was exceptional, we had to call an adhoc meeting and ran to the business center. One of the staff came by and gave us a meeting room. Its connected to the +15 but it would have taken us longer to get to work than if we just walked the streets. The restaurant is not a great value if your vegetarian or vegan and the options close by also make it difficult for you. Otherwise it was a fair experience.

After many hours flying we finally cold rest at this hotel. We had a good night.

Great location and clean room. But tiny bathroom and ask for high level for sure!

I don't even know where to start. If you are driving anything bigger than a car then you will have parking problems. The hotel is outdated, AC was barely working. The Breakfast Food was just food, waited a long time for it and had to ask twice for some tea. The Location is good if you are using public transportation. I will not stay there again.

Our stay at the Sandman was average. The location was great but the rooms could be a little cleaner
