Location was great. Room was clean and updated. We were right next to the elevator and didn't even hear it. Parking garage was terrible and $25 a night.

Great place stay -city center! Transit across street

Property: very good, will stay there again....AND the front desk manager in the morning, of jamaican origin, showed exceptional customer service and was very helpful in resolving an issue. I truly thank him for his help.

Although under construction right now, they did an excellent job keeping it looking nice and comfortable. Needed microwave and was given access to the corporate lounge. Very nice in there too. Lots of tea/coffee, beverages and snacks in there with a cool chill area

Stayed in two different rooms, both way too warm and stuffy. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to turn on in either room.

There is a constant battle with this hotel's elevators. You swipe your card and they may or may not read it. You could ride from the 17th floor to the basement, back and forth, for 20 minutes. You could complain to the front desk at 11am and be told to talk to the manager at 3pm when they're back. You could try and take the stairs, but you can't get out of the stairwell without swiping a card (which may not work there either) or setting off a fire alarm on the first floor. For 3 years the elevators have been under some sort of maintenance or another. I think it's just a hoax. The wifi was also about as reliable as the elevators. A dice roll seems to determine whether you'll have a fridge, microwave, or a tub that drains, but you can't have all 3. The pool and hot tub were also closed for renovations without any notice upon booking or before our stay. I've given this hotel many chances, but it's time to look elsewhere next time I come to Calgary. PS - I do give the cleaning staff a lot of credit. They worked very hard throughout the duration of our stay, on a weekend hosting several events. Even with very narrow windows of opportunity, they still were able to get in and clean the room every day. It seems they were also struggling with the elevator situation.

Room wasn't totally clean. Access to parking is hard to get to/overloaded entrance.
