Air conditioning was not working, called the staff but nothing and they didn’t even call back
A really pretty urban hotel. With a very nice bar and restaurant and a beautiful pool and hot tub. All at a very reasonable price downtown. We will definitely stay again if in calgary
The hotel is right smack in downtown Calgary and beside a metro station so going places by public transportation is easy. But better yet most places like government offices, malls, restaurants , and museum are just a walking distance away.
Our room wasn’t ready after waiting in line for over half an hour. There was so much construction you couldn’t even get to the door and there was a crazy line up and not nearly enough staff. We ended up being late for the concert we went for. Finally got our room and there was hair on the counter and the bathroom floor. We got into the parkade and there were no available spots. The whole experience is as so frustrating and disappointing. There was also no mini bar or decent coffee in the room. Since we were late for the concert we didn’t get to eat and there was nothing available when we returned so we couldn’t eat until the morning. I’ll never stay there again.
I was not impressed with the breakfast choices. I didn't know that I would have to pay for parking. It was very busy at check in time and there was not enough staff to handle the amount of people lined up. My granddaughter loved the pool. I felt safe with having to use a card for the elevator. Room was very clean.
