This is a nice hotel in a great city! We enjoyed the clean environment and proximity to the airport and amenities.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We were assigned a room that was partially remodeled. They had not yet put in a closet. They offered to change rooms the next day but we didn't want to come back and move so we made do with a rolling clothes rack. The bar wasn't very good. We had a very watery Vodka tonic and Manhattan. But the bartender did recommend a very good Canadian Whiskey. The gift shop was a joke and they did not have a coffee shop. I could not get the computer to work to print my boarding pass. We might stay here again because if the location.

Helpful staff. Free airport shuttle. Parking ample.

I use this hotel each time I come to Calgary to handle my affairs. It is located so close to at least two major malls (Marlborough mall and Sunridge mall) you can even walk the distance in no time. The hotel staff are very friendly and will cater to your needs and issues very promptly.

Nice clean hotel close to airport. Weird long walk to the pool area as it was in a addition of a building. Inside was nice. Outside of building area was sketchy at night. Perfect for overnight and shuttling back to the airport. Would stay again.

This was my first stay in this hotel. To say the least I was impressed by both staff and their service. The rooms were perfect and we had a relaxing and pleasant stay

This is a great affordable hotel in Calgary. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Check in was super speedy and check out just as fast. Front desk workers are very pleasant knowledgable and helpful. Business center is right next to front desk and convenient to print out boarding pass and check on your flight. The rooms are clean and bright. Bed very comfortable. Rooms have a refridgerator and coffee maker. Bathrooms are small but nice and clean, their toiletries are very nice. Overall the housekeeping seemed very nice. All in all I had a great stay and would recommend it. The only criticism I have is I was there on a Friday and Saturday night and I was right above their nightclub and the music was loud until just after 2 am.

We were simply looking for a quality but inexpensive hotel with shuttle service to the airport. This is what we got. The best surprise was the food at the downstairs coffee shop - excellent hamburgers and fries. The least favorable was that there was large groups of soccer families staying there which held up the check in service at the front desk.

We were greeted in a cheery and professional manner with a speedy check in. Our room air conditioning didn't work and management wuickly moved us to a new room. Unfortunately I became ill during the night and our check out time was delayed until 1:00 p.m. without any extra charge. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgary.

I wasn't at the hotel much with the 3 night stay but my son and husband went to the pool and said it was great. All of the staff were all so friendly. I will be staying here again if I need to stay in Calgary.

We had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The location is kind of far from town, but it's near a mall and the train into town. I would have rated it higher, but there were renovations going on and it's a bit of big, impersonal hotel.

I needed a hotel for the night after a change of plans. Looked on internet and having passed this hotel many times on the C-train, thought it may be ok. It was ok, a long walk from the station. They were having some sort of crisis when I arrived but found me a room.

I had stayed at this hotel and I definitely didn't like at all. Check in took about an hour, they were dealing with other guests issues while I was waiting, please note that it was at 2am, and I was really tired.

The hotel was not bad for the price I paid. But the staff wasn't that great. I ordered a expensive champagne and the person came up to my room and just handed me the bottle no glasses or nor was it in a ice bucket.

Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. I love having my coffee cup filled and staff in the restaurant were great. An individual at the front desk also took the time to draw a map and provide details for a brief shopping excursion. Room was quite spacious. Hotel has an airport shuttle and didn't have to wait long for it.

Never had any problems. It's perfect for me because it's next to the T&T and the LRT so if I need to get around, I can.

I wanted a hotel not too far from the Airport prior to a next morning flight out of Calgary. Hotel was average: staff could have been more helpful and more friendly. For example, I asked for directions to the airport and was given a sheet of paper describing how to get to the airport with no narrative.. Breakfast.was not provided........for the price, I would have expected at least a continental type breakfast.

We arrived at the airport at 10p and had reservations for the shuttle to pick us up at 10:30p ...at 10:40 p they were not there and we had to be back at the airport at 5:30am the next morning. I called the hotel and they said to grab a taxi and they would pay for it. Which was fine but we lost time ...otherwise it was fine the hotel was nice and we did get our shuttle on time in the morning...the only discrepancy I found with that was that the website states the shuttle begins at 5am which the desk clerk insisted that it started at 5:15am...despite showing him the paper I had with the 5am time written on it. It turned out to not be a big deal with our flight time. Otherwise the 5 hrs spent there to sleep/shower were fine/hotel very clean and nice.

we stayed here on our last night in canada, in order to be close to the airport. a beautiful hotel, big rooms and very comfortable. we were only sorry we couldnt stay longer to take advantage of the facilities! jsut be aware that the shuttle to the airport is only once an hour, on the hour, and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is once an hour on the half hour. after we returned our rental car at 645, we had to wait 45 minutes for their shuttle to the hotel. we did know this in advance, so we could have timed it better, but we didnt. we didnt mind the wait, but others might. other hotels seemed to have more frequent shuttles, so if this is important to u, be aware....

Always a pleasure to stay at the Coast. Right next to LRT, T&T and both Marlborough and Sunridge malls! Also jusr down the street is Harveys, Tim Hortons, The Keg, Red Lobster and Olive Garden! Clean rooms and friendly staff.
