The hotel was very close to the highway so it was easy to get to. Unfortunately, there wasn't much else. Neither the vending machine nor the ice machine was working. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable. There weren't a lot of a choices for breakfast.
Overall for one night not bad. Didn't expect rat traps outside the doors. As well as a plunger outside a room 3 doors down from me. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom looked dirty. Not sure if it was the shower walls were dirty or that's just the way they were.
The staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to people.
Arrived tired and hungry room was comfortable and pleasant
I needed a place close to Charleston East Prairie area. The hotel was convenient to the roadway. Places to eat were limited. The hotel itself was in need of a facelift. That being said, the room was very clean, very comfortable, and great for a 2 day stay. Both desk clerks that assisted me was very nice.
Expensive for the area. However it was right off the highway and very convenient. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
At a late date we reserved a room here and were very glad to have gotten it as there was a large public event in the area and most motels and hotels were fully booked. The room was comfortable with two queen beds and plenty of pillows and bed linens. However, the air was stale and the room smelled of cigarettes and a not so fresh bathroom. Turning A/C and fan on helped to clear some of this. Also, much noise came from the surrounding rooms; this is not a sound-proof motel. The curtains did not block the exterior lights from seeping into the room. I would consider staying there again, but would request a non-smoking room.
