2 days while we were there, the air conditioner didn't work. when we complained, they didn't change our room. They claimed there were no room. I would like to have these two nights reimbursement

Hi Phong - unfortunately during the time you stayed with us we were 'booked out' and did not have another room to move you to. We did offer to help find you alternative accommodation as we were unable to obtain the services of an air-conditioning technician to fix the AC during the time of your stay...... but you did not want to investigate that aspect. I did (and do) apologise for any inconvenience caused by this situation
