It was very nice and clean modern right across the street from the beach and many restaurants with in walking distance short cab ride to Old Town the tourist destination
Friendly staff. Great location. Room upgrade with no charge. Parking a bit expensive.
Upon arrival we had a fantastic reception at the check in desk. The young women at the desk not only shared information about the hotel, but about Cadiz as well. The room was fantastic with great views of the beach. We brought beach towels but they were not necessary as they were provided by the hotel. We had a great stay in Cadiz.
We stayed here on a tour of spain. Just one night to see the town. Its a little bit out of the center but right at the beach with a chiringuito right outside and parking below ground. The room is a little dated but clean and taken care of.
Tryp La Caleta was a good stay. The only thing I did not like about the rooms, and just like any other european hotel is that it comes with usually 2 doubles. I would prefer a queen or king size bed especially when I am with my girlfriend. I always found my self in the crack between the 2 beds when they are together. Walls are very thin in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was also a little pricey at 16Euro per person. Variety of the food could have been better for the price I was staying. Overall I give this place 4/5 stars.
