The hotel is in the right place. I like the playa and the nature around the hotel. We been to celebrate my birthday ... even thought nobody from the team realized... but any way ... good experience. ( I think a GL hotel have to get this nice touch) The room and the whole hotel need a refresh... the bkf was ok and the housekeep did a nice job... Long walking in the wondefull beach. Nice chiringuito in the beach. The service was correct .

Just back from our second visit to Melia Sancti Petri outside Cadiz. It is still brilliant and was every bit as good as we remembered. We had a sea view room that looked over the pool out to sea and really enjoyed to all day sun and spectacular sunsets. Everything is on site, from the beautiful large pool and cool courtyard to an endless beach just a few steps out the poolside gate. Half board is a great deal as the restaurant has a varied buffet each evening. The Hotel has two other restaurants to choose from if you want waiter service. Breakfasts are also a treat as it is not every day you can have a champagne breakfast with all the fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses and crepes that you can handle. Cadiz and Medina Sidonia are just 30 minutes away and both worth a visit We will be back again for sure.

With the team on the job since many years service standards are being well maintained. Possibly Food and Beverage in the main dining room could do with a fresh food concept. One of the greatest advantages is the endless fantastic beach, it certainly is one of the best in Europe. Book a level room for additional benefits.

This hotel is the prefect place to disappear and disconnect from the world for a few days. The swimming pool is really great, and the direct access to the beach amazing. There the hotel has a small beach club with confortable deck chairs to create a top experience right in the beach. The rooms have the highes level of detail that I have seen in melia hotels. Amenities by Rituals, always a small detail for wellcome. Water and prosecco in the reception while check in and check out. Really you are able to see all the details in every service. The quality of the food in all the hotel is really high. Both in the buffet and also in the Menu a la carte. Aqua restaurant is a really nice options for the night together with the suprebe restaurant Aponiente of Miguel angel Leon with 2 or 3 michelin stars. Reservations are always needed. The gym is modern and has plenty of devices, and also the Spa. Last but not least, all the team of Melia Sancti Petri is full of profesional people that are always looking for the way to make your experience perfect. It makes really easy decision to come back. As soon as possible.

This was our third visit to this very special hotel and our first visit since they had undertaken major reformations. The new private adult only pool on the Level provides extra privacy as do the private gardens. We always stay on the Level for the added luxury and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again. The staff are attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We would mention that in the past there were snacks available during the whole day in the Level which was missing on this occasion and hope will be replaced in the future. Also the privacy of the Level Lounge in the past was better, having its own private garden and patio.

This hotel is one of the best hotels i have ever been to. You feel welcome from the beginning and the service is perfect! If you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in the perfect location. Thos should definetely be your first choice! I come back as soon as i can

A fantastic hotel in a great position. Food was very good although expensive. We booked a 'Level' Room overlooking a private garden with access to a small adult-only pool. We loved the privacy, our own outdoor space with Bali bed and sun loungers and thought the beach was tremendous! The coastline was delightful with long beaches and rolling waves. Sadly, the staff were less impressive. Reception staff were not particularly interested or helpful. Dealing with guests appeared to be an inconvenience and they didn't bother to greet you when passing through an empty reception area. When asked by the duty manager if everything was ok with our room, we reported a number of issues (bath wouldn't empty, constantly dripping tap and shower, loud buzzing light bulb and bedroom entrance door wouldn't open or close without a massive push!). Despite his promise to attend to the issues - nothing improved. Also, a word of warning.... We were told by the same manager that we didn't need to make a reservation for the evening buffet. Only to find out later that if you make a reservation they charge 80 euros and if you don't, they charge 96 euros for two people. Considering the cost of the room was over £335 per night for B&B we were disappointed in the level of service, the lack of information on costs and charges and how very impersonal the reception and waiting staff appeared. This is not a friendly or welcoming hotel but it could be superb if staff were trained to enjoy their guests rather than see them as an inconvenience.

We return to this hotel year after year. It has a classy, understated elegance. No tackiness just pure relaxation. The beac is stunning. It can be windy here but just check weather reports and have a day out if it is. Cadiz is beautiful and the concierge service a really helpful

An excellent hotel, outstanding service. Marvellous situation on the beach which is sandy and easy walking. There are great deals to be had out of season, June and September we will be returning soon. Good choice of food, a buffet but food cooked to order and very agreeable chefs.

We stayed here during our last holiday. The hotel is very beautiful, like we expected it to be. Good service, great food and a room with an amazing view. In the bathroom I have been surprised with an exclusive range of little Rituals products, which is great! I love Rituals! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are definitely returning to the hotel soon!
