Big rooms, very good views, excellent breakfast and good food. To improve: very small wardrobes, too noisy restaurant, pillows could be better. It is an excellent choice for families, that is why if you are a couple or a family with grown up kids you will find it too noisy at meal times. I have never seen so many babies and toddlers in a hotel in my life (and I travel a lot). The whole experience good anyway and I recommend the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in room 1133. Most of the other guests were Spanish families so lots of kids around. Comfortable beds and good shower. Excellent breakfast choices. Reception staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. Plenty of loungers and a good size pool for a swim. 20 min run to the lighthouse above Conil harbour, and a well equipped small gym. We were happy to stay here and would happily stay here again.

What great staff, very friendly & most of all so helpful. We thought the beds weŗe very comfortable, but we like firm beds. They could improve the storage space in the room and perhaps a shelf in the bathroom. Travelled with Saga and transport is an issue if you want to travel on public transport, no buses until end of June except the tourist train.Taxis are expensive so perhaps hiring a car should be considered. The food was plentiful & lots of choices and the views were fantastic as was the beach. If you have a mobility issue the hotel caters very well for guests with disabilities. This is an hotel that caters for the Spanish holiday makers but they tried really hard to make us welcome.

Nice modern hotel providing good facilities. Friendly staff. We had a spacious room at the far end of hotel, but providing therefore a great view on the beach and pool. Rooms are spacious, with good sized terrasse. We originally booked for one night and extended our stay to almost a week because this hotel was such good value for the amazing beaches and (for us) the great location. The beach was relatively small but not crowded, with many other beaches within walking distance. We had a car, which we feel is necessary for this location. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection however small details such as freshly squeezed orange juice would made it even better. We didn't try the lunch / dinner buffet but tried the poolside restaurant, which was amazing. Unfortunately, it opens at 9pm for dinner; a bit late for our 6 year old. Kids club was very well run, friendly, and inclusive.

the hotel lies within a somewhat guarded private residential area (many holiday villas). this place is about family holidays. families with kids all over the place. breakfast can get pretty crowded at peak times, but management is dedicated to sort things out for you (alternativ seating is from time to time available). the choice at breakfast compares to many other spanish hotels (e. g. nh hotels) and is good (e.g. live cooking station for your eggs). kids club at breakfast time allows parents to have a somewhat more relaxed breakfast. the rooms are modern and of good size, some have seaviews (which mostly includes pool view) and some are to the other side. there is free street parking, but at times when it is very busy you might be forced to use their garage (10€/night). wifi is free in the main areas of the hotel (for us also in the room). the wifi speed was good enough. thank A babycot comes with an extra fee per night (3€/night). the hotel has direct access to the beach (use your room card). beach area is public area with no facilities (at least in april). this place is definitely a good family holiday destination despite it's many rooms.

We stayed between 18th and 24th October and we loved this hotel. We seemed to be the only English people there which surprised us as it offers lots for the family but we found it quite refreshing to be surrounded by the very friendly Spanish guests. We were all-inclusive and the food was varied and good. The restaurant was very busy on occasion but you never had to wait long for a table. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, having opted for a standard room were given a lovely sea view with balcony overlooking a beautiful juniper conservation area and walkway where you could reach the distant lighthouse in about 35 minutes. A truly fabulous walk. Had we been given a room at the other end of the hotel we would have overlooked a housing estate so, thank you very much Ilunion! The pool is one of the longest I have ever seen with a bar by the side. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for the five days we were here. We didn't use the Spa or gym facilities so can't comment there. I would greatly recommend this hotel and would certainly go again.

Stayed here with a young child. Had a great time in the pool. It has a very smooth sloping floor which is great for toddlers. The hotel was fairly busy but the pool didn't feel packed in. The beach just off the hotel (a 2 minute descent ) is stunning. The shoreline is very flat, the sea very clear and the water is very shallow. The buffet dinner was good too. Not a huge selection but definitely enough to feed a fussy eater The room was a standard room. We didn't pay extra for a view but I was very happy with the view from the terrace. We stayed at room 3098. Rooms 3096, 3100 and 3102 are on the same side of the corridor and will have the same view We will definitely return here. This was a great find at an unbeatable price.

We had a great time, excellent food and the beach is just one step ahead. We enjoyed the beach in the morning and swimming pool after lunch. Night entertainment is a plus especially for kids. The buffet needs some more space but it is rich and varied.

We were three mums and five children and we stayed here from the 29 April til 1 May 2016. Perfect little bank holiday break. We opted for the All inclusive. The hotel has a perfect location, idyllic in fact. It is spacious and just about a 4* at a push. Perfect place to be with children. Staff helpful and accomodating where they can be. They will go out of their way. You pay a deposit for every beach towel you are loaned. Do not lose towel otherwise lose your deposit. Make sure you bring sswimming cap for indoor pool otherwise charged extra. The food a good variety... definitely should provide FRESH juice in the morning for the adults and children. The juices are undrinkable, too sweet and just a sickly sugary flavoured drink. We drank water all day in fact ;-). Very sugary drinks of every kind. It was a shame, i felt this let them down in the freshness department. Coffee was good by the pool bar but anywhere else it is hit and miss. Food buffet style, nothing done fresh to order. It would have been nice to have an egg station in the morning and a grill station in the evening. Would just make things superior. Also you can not ask for a jug of water for your table unless you are part of some group so you spend most of the time runing back and forth getting water for the children. ;-( The rooms are perfectly fine, a little battered, views amazing, beach stunning, walks and running along the calas simply outstanding.... entertainment staff and kids club ok. They try but you know they are not very qualified. Need some good sports activities. But it is all good fun!!! We had overall a lovely three days and we would return but again please review the soft drinks. Not for a romantic weekend or spa weekend at all :-).

This could be a very nice place were it not for some of the following: 1) they want to charge you for using towels around the pool 2) the pillows are so bad I would not give them to my dog to sleep on 3) there are no eggs or bacon available on the breakfast buffet because the Cook does not start working until later in the day. 4) the restaurant manager is not only Unfriendly but can be considered almost Rude when you ask him why there are no Eggs or bacon on the breakfast buffet. 5) if you get a room on the main floor Near the reception it is hard to get some sleep because the band in the lobby Is so loud This is not acceptable for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
