This hotel was very difficult to find. Parking garage is far. The street it is located on is for walking ONLY. There is only a small sign for the hotel on the door of a busy walk way. Once you are able to find the hotel, you will need to find a way into the locked front door to be greeted by stairs, and a closed reception desk/closet which is located under the stairway directly in front of the elevator. We arrived at 9:30 pm to find a closed door. It doesn't appear to be a reception desk and is confusing when you first enter. We reserved 3 identical rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad odor which smelled like smoke/cleaning products that seeped into our luggage and could be smelled the next day. The beds are HARD but otherwise the rooms are adequate. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants and Cáceres Plaza Mayor Square.
We loved this hotel with its in-room shower! The standard room (201) was very spacious and so clean. The architect used old parts of the structure and mixed it with new for a fabulous blend of style. Service was very nice and parking convenient. Town is worthy of an overnight. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful hotel perfectly located in the heart of the historic city.
One night stay was good - no surprises. Small town, so close to everything. No view from our room.
