Los Patios is a real diamond in the rough! Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the pool area. The check in was smooth and without incident and the attendant was incredibly nice and patient. Although we went out to dinner we did enjoy the complimentary breakfast which offered a broad selection. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will stay here again on our next trip.

I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to "rough it" to have an economical hotel that still was clean, well maintained and w/ an on site restaurant (El Tabachin) that was very nice too. Cerainly hope to stay at Los Patios in the future!

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool are and layout. Each room has a hammock which Was perfect to relax and enjoy. Rom service was fast but front desk was slow. Location wasn’t the best taxi or car necessary bucase there isn’t much to see or doo close by. Kitchen cooked up Marlin we caught that day which was excellent. Beware 350 peso late check out fee for 10 minutes
The hotel overlooks a 4 lane highway that is extremely loud.you cannot access medano beach or anything else without driving the bed was amazingly uncomfortable thumbs down
We prepaid a week in advance for a Junior Suite King Bed with Continental Breakfast. However, when we got to our room there were two "full" beds and was not a suite in any form of the word. I spoke with the front desk person and he said they didn't have any rooms left. Interesting to me that they sold my prepaid room to someone else. The staff overall and people in general in Cabo are rude and do not understand the term customer service. I live with my wife in Puebla Mexico and the people in Cabo were some of the most disrespectful I have seen here in Mexico. Breakfast was toast, coffee, and fruit as expected. If you order breakfast the food is good but again the service is not. This hotel is about 10 minutes from the party zone in Cabo. If you rented a car make sure you park at El Paraiso shopping center. It's the cheapest location for parking in the party zone. About $2.50 for the day. (40 MXN for 4 hours 10 MXN each hour thereafter) Cabo is fun but Cancun is WAY better and the people are more friendly and helpful.
This hotel went above and beyond what i expected. I arrived to Cabo late around 10pm and someone was at the desk waiting for me. They checked me in within seconds. The room was spacious and well kept. My favorite parts were the pool was directly in front of my room and I had a private backyard with a hammock. As I mentioned before i arrived late; I was super hungry and the hotel restaurant was more than I expected. Good food for a super reasonable price. Another plus is that the town bus runs right in front of the hotel. I will definitely be staying here the next time I travel to Cabo.
The Hotel's Pool area is a nice place to hang out. The Town of San Lucas is not far away from the Hotel but a Rental Car is needed to get to the town or shopping nearby. The Hotel stuff is very friendly. The room was ok but the bathroom badly repaired especially around the sink. Overall, we had a nice and quit long weekend there. Good stay for the price.
placing floating debris on hotel grounds and pool area. Mexican hotel where a majority of guests are traveling mexican nationals. No security on site so during day flooded with those who just wanted to swim --overcrowded pool area. Not charged brought coolers and food. filled with kids. only about 50 rooms so it should have not had been crowded.
Very friendly staff. Nice room. Lots of mosquitoes though, so bring your "Off Spray". Restaurant had decent prices and good dinner foods. No elevator to second floor rooms. Hammock on each patio was fun!! Good Rate & Nice Courtyard Pool area. Would Stay there again.
Very comfortable stay. Rooms are nice and clean, comfy bed, good hot water, good AC, hammock was nice touch, pool is nice. Restraunt was good and bar made good cheap drinks. If u travel and want to save money this place is a good choice. Was real quite, more ppl arrived on the weekend but it never got noisy. If u need 5 star resort stuff u better book one but this place is very nice. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to cabo. Be ready to take bus or have a car because it's a few miles to marina.
