The internet went in and out, the room needed a remodel, the ice makers didn't work on either floor, every soda I pushed in the pop machine was out, the corners and along the wall hadn't been cleaned in a very long time in the room, the toilet paper was scarse, they gave shampoo but no conditioner, and when I asked if the bed was comfortable I was told it was but it was less than average. I would say for the price it should have been much better.
The facility was having difficulties due to no cleaning personnel so we waited over and hour to get into our rooms. The main manager was away as well with a fill-in doing her best. The facility needs a lot of upgrade but the room was comfortable and included a bed that was low enough for me to get into from my wheelchair, a situation that isn't available at many of the motels these days. I need a bed that if 18"-24" high and many of the current beds are 30" or worse. Thank you indeed!
This a last minute booking during a trip. Did a late check in, and had to wait 2 minutes for a response-not like others who said they couldn’t get anyone or two other establishments who said they wouldn’t allow coming in after 11 PM. Bed was comfortable after a long day of driving. I didn’t try the breakfast that was available. Room was older, but not disgusting or dirty. I would stay again when driving through Burns.
This was a great place to stay. We had children with us and it was very family friendly. Breakfast was goid, they had hot oatmeal, with temperatures outside in the teens, it was great! Close to everything.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Room was old as were the furnishings. The price was right for our family of four but I made the kids keep their socks on so as not to walk on the dirty carpet with bare feet. Wifi was so slow it was useless. I would pay a bit more next time for a clean room.
This is a very old hotel that is in dire need of a complete remodel. The first room we were in the curtains on the windows didn't work and just before we went to get ready to sleep the plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom started falling on the floor. When we complained we were more to another room and the heater was off. It took a couple of hours before the room warmed up enough for us to retire.
This place is a dump. TripAdvisor did not list the other motels in town that were a whole lot better. Breakfast was oatmeal and toast. A 100 bucks for a 25 dollar room. Anyone who has stayed here should get a full refund from TripAdvisor.
Had a perfectly good night's stay on my rockhound trip to Oregon. Friendly staff, a clean comfortable room and nice continental breakfast !!
The plus for this motel is that it is clean and staff is friendly... that said it is a tired old motel. It needs a major upgrade in the rooms. Breakfast is minimal.
