Sheraton Burlington Hotel

Room was ok. The place was under re-modeling and so the entry and lobby were a bit of a mess.

Very confusing layout, hard to find your way around.

We stayed for three nights at the Sheraton South Burlington. The hotel itself was not the most updated, but it was perfectly nice and the staff was one of the nicest we have come acrosss in years. Lovely people, from the front desk to the dining room, etc. Another huge perk: the complimentary shuttle to downtown. The hotel was only a mile from the action of Church Street and the Waterfront, but being able to leave our car at the hotel and hop on that shuttle each night was priceless. The shuttle driver was lovely, too. Prompt and respectful. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. Less expensive than the downtown hotels, with all the convenience of getting downtown just a phone call away.

Beyond pleased with my stay at the Sheraton in Burlington. The staff went above and beyond to meet all expectations. My room was huge and the linens were clean and very comfy. The breakfast spread was very fresh and the waitstaff was personable and accommodating. I highly recommend the Burlington Sheraton whether you are traveling on business or pleasure.

So we originally checked into the Anchorage Inn just a few minutes away and it was horrifying! After getting the manager to almost immediately check us out, we chose this hotel. What an insant relief! Its beautiful, the staff was extremely nice, their restaurant was REALLY good and nice indoor pool! The room was awesome, comfortable and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant and bar were nice, King room was too big, and did not have enough furniture (e.g a desk or a dresser) - hotel was close to all local attractions we wanted to visit.

Great location, nicely furnished very clean. Great staff.

love all of it great comfy room beds are cozy was def a great time there staff was amazing helpful food was great but a bit expensive would recommend to all

I stayed at Sheraton hotel for 3 nights and I had a good impression during my stay at the hotel. The room was big and it was very clean. Although there were some delays with housekeeping service but it wasn't that bad. Overall I was satisfied with the service, the room cleanliness (which is the most important thing) and the hotel was very big and classy. I would give this hotel a rating of 4/5 stars.

The rooms are worn down, I stayed twice in one year and the first trip I took the room was nice and clean, the second (about 3 months later) the room was very worn down. An update of rooms is needed.

The staff at the front desk were the best I have ever experienced.

it meet my expectations. people were very professional and friendly. location, location, location!!!

This was an excellent location for our visit and to see the colleges in the area. Room was clean, hotel was nice and updated. Great brunch and would stay again.

They need the manager of housekeeping to supervise and train their staff. For a property that was just refurbished it is getting grimy. Mold in the shower and dust all over. Other than that it was a good stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, the beds were amazing, and what little we interacted with the staff, they were very polite and friendly. However, upon checkout we learned we had a $10.00 charge for accessing internet in the room. Seriously, who charges for internet??? This would be the only negative part of our stay.

I have stayed here many times since my daughter was a student at UVM and now lives in Burlington. The room is very comfortable and the hotel is nice but I can't believe they charge 9.99 a day for wifi and 14.99 & 16.99 for movies - ridiculous. It turned me off since there are so many other hotels that offer more.

It was a very nice stay. Very helpful and pleasant staff, and the conference facility was great.

My daughter and I have been planning this trip for 2 years. We were both excited but on a budget like many. So I took a chance and used a discount booker and got a good deal. When we checked in the staff was great. However my expression soured as soon as we got to the room. It smelled musty and it was dark and unappealing. I was going to go ask for a different room but my daughter talked me out of it. we were only there for two nights. Only two plugs in the room worked out of four. one was behind the tv. my daughter wanted to rent a movie but that didn't work either. It was 8pm the service man came(very nice) offered a different room but my daughter was already taking a shower. I had to make the coffee in the bathroom. the only other working plug. The only thing appealing about the hotel that I could see was the lobby. I was so dissappointed I thought they had a good reputation. I wondered if I didn't use discount booker I would have gotten a better room. Not sure I'll use a discount booker again because of this. I also won't recommend the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. It's fairly close to downtown, and it was a nice hotel. In all honesty, I don't know if I'd pay full price (I think the rate that night was 159$; we paid 119$ through this website) but overall it was a really good experience.

The over view breakfast and coffee but it wasn't free and we booked a king bed and got 2 queens
