Not a fancy place, but great just for a place to sleep! The door faces directly to the outside, which made me feel a bit uneasy but the lock worked and I was able to park my car right in front which was nice. The shower was nice and the TV worked. Heater took a minute to kick on but worked. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
This place needs many many repairs to it. Smelled horrably of cleaning supplies and dead air, bathroom was gross as was the room itself. I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend either. On a positive, the woman checking guests in was very nice and friendly.
Owners very nice property is clean very retro. No frills but very happy with our stay. Would defiantly go back.
Cleanliness couldn’t be better but as most of the other reviews indicate, the motel is extremely dated. That wouldn’t be the end of the world but our bathroom fan was so loud it actually hurt my ears to have it on - but no choice since it went on with the light. We chose this motel due to the close vicinity to a concert at Alpine Valley and the fact the description says horseshoes, shuffleboard and grills. None of that is true, which is ok but it shouldn’t list them. Best thing: the beds are super comfortable! Also, the owners are super nice and I think they are trying to spruce things up!

Hi Tom, thanks for your time for feedback. First of all, we never claimed that we have pool and rates are already very reasonable. We have very nice aquatic center in city charging only few dollars so it’s wise to save on hotel and use large aquatic center city got. Some times you don’t use pool but still have to pay high price as hotel got pool and always adds for that facility, think about it! Save that money and spend the way you want, smartness! And we always allow guest to print their boarding pass in office, you should have checked with us. We still apologize and considering your point, we will post a sign in office for print. Good point.
